Thank you! Those pics definitely do not look like 39 and certainly not my type of mature guy, if I ever try one again.
I think I would like to stick to my 20 and 30 somethings for a while. All his 77 RM reviews are 5-star ones though.

It's hard to let go of a really good photo just because it's old, but there is one escort on Rentmen whose opening photo is the same one he was using on Rentboy when I hired him 15 years ago. It wasn't fake then, but it has to be somewhat misleading now.

Although not technically "fake" they can be very inaccurate and are therefore false representation. If an escort is not using relatively recent photos it probably means that his current appearance is not appealing enough to attract clients.
