You speak from an abundance perspective. You are in the US, I assume in a big city. There are so many more options available that for you it's easier to say "NEXT!" CAVEAT: Not every Metropolitan area has a reliable public transportation system. I would understand the need for an Uber in that case but the ideal scenario as others have pointed out on this thread is that the cost is included in the rate, and not as an additional cost that the client must arrange and pay for as it certainly projects the idea that the provider is a prima-donna even if he isn't. If an Uber is definitely needed to weed out timewasters in the case of a 1st-time client in a distant location, then the provider would need to be tactful about it and explain that because the city doesn't have a reliable public transportation system and the trip is +50m/1h each way, he would need some help with that. I'm not far from the city center where most of the escorts live and where public transit is reliable, and even in case of interruptions not even one of my regulars have asked me to pay for transportation, but I did pay for a couple of times when it seemed like Uber was the only option. Most guys also charge more for Outcall so I assume they are smartly factoring in extra 'fees'. We all have been timewasters at some point in our lives, especially when prospecting escorts. But I do acknowledge that timewasters are a real thing so when I see "don't waste my time" or a similar statement on an ad I don't take it personally. I just read it as another clause in the small print of a contract and I automatically try to be direct, brief, and sweet in my communications because I really do not want to waste my time, so if the provider doesn't have the right info on his ad or he doesn't provide the right answers to my questions, I move on. Obviously, I'm an experienced client and focused on a very specific niche, so that probably also makes me different from the average client.
