  1. Im sorry that happened to you. I havent met anyone yet, but I have been somewhat suspicious of profiles where there is only one photo, and that photo is also headless. Particularly when combined with sparse info in the profile and no reviews...
  2. Oh yeah, there's a definite theme - I like watching tv. Not the Mac and Cheese... no, definitely not that ?
  3. Awesome, awesome show. And one I also like to watch while eating an entire box of Kraft Mac and Cheese.
  4. How's this for hot and steamy... Eating an entire box of Kraft Mac and Cheese while watching Nature on PBS.... by myself no less.
  5. Awesome info!!!
  6. Yup, but apparently they prefer the app Poltergrindr... or was that Grindrgeist?
  7. Don't try any fugu sashimi unless the chef is specially licensed and you have a good life insurance policy.... ? Have a great trip and safe travels!
  8. Ohhh... thats so gross.
  9. Agreed!
  10. How did you deal with a situation like that, and how did he react/behave?
  11. Yes, but then I'd lose an opportunity to poke fun at myself ?
  12. HaHa... I mean 'a' link for Kader... Im starting to forget my indefinite articles and sounding more and more like my East European grandfather with each passing day...
  13. Would you happen to have link for Kader? ?
  14. Thats great advice. I give 'indecisiveness' a whole new meaning when it comes to this....
  15. Thats good info, thanks. Im sure he must have been having an off day or something, or may have had a lot of people trolling his profile without any seriousness. I have difficulty managing 15-20 work emails a day, so I have no idea how providers handle their volume - particularly those who are in great demand. Im giving him the benefit of the doubt... but he doesnt know that because Im blocked... ?
  16. Well... I suppose it had to happen sometime... my first blockage. Wait, that didn't come out right. Wait, that sounds even worse. I must have inadvertently ticked off a NYC provider who is generally well-reviewed. He had kindly granted access to his private photos, but after some time they went back to being greyed out.... so I requested access again some weeks later. Again he kindly granted access. He also messaged me asking if I was serious or just looking at photos, which is a completely valid question. I told him I was really new to this and that I was trying to figure out who I might be able to meet when Im in town (in a couple of months). He responded, 'good luck with that'. I responded, 'thanks, have a good day', but the message could not be sent because I had been blocked... profile not accessible. Aside from my own inability to recognize his sarcasm, I was also confused about why his private pics had become greyed out again after he had granted access the first time. Has anyone else run into this issue? I havent seen that with other profiles. Im not naming the individual because I completely understand why he may have been frustrated, and that he may have thought I was a time-waster. I know providers have to weed through dozens of messages a day. This is a good learning experience for me anyway. But if he happens to be on this forum, and happens to read this, and happens to recognize the situation... I just want you to know I didnt mean any disrespect to you or your time ?
  17. Bump again.
  18. I find it hard to believe the guy in the link is only 30... maybe not 50, but probably north of 40, IMHO... I think I could have mistaken him for the Wilmer described in the original post too, TBH. ?
  19. Then please forward all of your credit card information, medical records, Social Insurance Number, location of your Last Will and Testament with codicil naming me as primary heir.... LOL
  20. Mmmm... McFoie with black truffles perhaps? That sounds tasty. The McLobster was available seasonally in Nova Scotia for about 20 years or so. Made many a meal of those. Sadly I havent seen it on the menu the last few times Ive been in the Maritimes...
  21. Anyone else seeing Ryan Reynolds in pic#2? Or am I just seeing a fellow Canadian out of some sort of misplaced patriotism?
  22. Never quite understood the McRib's appeal. Now, the McLobster - that was a different matter...
  23. Yes, I read that the same way as you did. Granted, my mastery of Spanish is limited to menu items and tequila varieties....
  24. Thanks! I assume he is therapeutic only?
