  1. Well, I hope so, too, but at this moment we are under another day long wind advisory, and my windows are rattling behind me. My dog refuses to go outside longer than it takes to do his business, because the howling of the wind is unnerving to him. So far in 2019 Palm Springs has had as much rain as Portland, OR.
  2. I stopped going to the baths about a quarter century ago, when I finally accepted the fact that I was not my most attractive self when wandering around in just a towel.
  3. Synthetic testosterone hasn't improved my Bridge game.
  4. I never went to a bath house because I wanted to socialize, and I never went to a gay bar because I wanted to drink. My objective in each situation was to find someone with whom to have sex. The bath house was almost always more efficient at achieving that; with only one major exception, I never met anyone in a bath house with whom I developed an ongoing social relationship, as I did with guys I met in bars.
  5. Is this an amateur or professional sport?
  6. So many balls to play with....
  7. The use of "fun" as an adjective, as in "a fun vacation," "How fun was that!?" Foreign students know from their English language dictionaries that "fun" is a noun, and "funny" is an adjective, so they will often assume that the correct expression is "a funny vacation," "How funny was that!?" Then they are surprised by their hearer's or reader's puzzled reaction.
  8. Yes, but it wasn't intended that way. He was a visiting escort, and we had been canoodling for a few minutes, when he suddenly broke down sobbing, and admitted that he was in town for a family funeral, and realized he couldn't perform. I held him in my arms until he could regain his control, but he was so obviously distraught, that I spent the rest of the appointment time comforting him and counseling him. He didn't ask for his fee, but I gave it to him anyway. He called me the next day and offered a free session to make up for it, but I was no longer available.
  9. The Agua Caliente is a huge casino hotel in Rancho Mirage. It is not the kind of place one wants to stay during PS Weekend.
  10. There was an announcement this morning that the tram hopes to reopen by April 1st.
  11. I know this is not "guess the city," but I'l bet it is Washington, DC.
  12. I sounds like he may studder.
  13. Isn't that MasculineJason from Denver, who is mentioned on two other threads today?
  14. Are you taking for granted that he actually did kill both men? And are you taking for granted that the police did do an incompetent investigation?
  15. At a certain point in my life, in the right place and with the right controlled substances circulating through my brain, I might have been intrigued by what he is offering. Today I would just smile sweetly at him and pass on.
  16. Why would Buck confess to murder to get out of a drug possession charge? That would make no sense. It also doesn't make sense for Buck to kill someone in his own home and then call the police--twice! I think the most he might be charged with is manslaughter, if it could be proved he provided the fatal drugs, and apparently there isn't even enough evidence to charge him with that. He certainly sounds pretty sleazy, but that is not a crime.
  17. He is in the news again because of his relationship with John Duran, the mayor of WEHO, who is being urged to resign by almost everyone because of his own #MeToo sex scandals. Duran has refused to resign, and Buck has not been charged with any crime because although the two black men died at his home when he was present, the authorities have no evidence that he was responsible for their deaths.
  18. Why does someone like Kraft hire prostitutes? We have it on the highest authority that if you are a well-known, wealthy older man, when you see an attractive young woman, you just grab her by the pussy, and she loves it. Then she is happy to have sex with you until you tire of her, and you let your lawyer deal with her. No problem with criminal charges.
  19. Thanks for letting us know.
  20. Don't forget that the cars in Japan are right-hand drive! It's really not that difficult , but driving does take some getting used to in places like Japan, Britain and Australia.
  21. Just a word to the wise. There are 4 reviews. The first two are by the same person, less than two months apart, which I thought was not allowed. The 3rd and 4th, with the minimum separation dates, are by the same person, who claims to be a "forum member" and to have learned about Dillon from another member, presumably the author of the first two reviews. There are no members here with those reviewer names, although they could use different names on the forum than on their reviews. I have searched the forums, and the only posts about a "Dillon" are from many years ago, about an escort who would probably be in his 50s now. All four reviews have a similar style despite the difference in details about the experiences. All are over-the-top positive, lauding Dillon for the same attributes he claims in his ad. In his rent.men interview, Dillon claims to be a writer. Caveat emptor.
  22. My Czech students spoke very good English, but they said they couldn't understand a speaker from Alabama.
  23. Olomouc is a charming little city that does remind me of Prague. (BTW, it's in Moravia, which I suspect your automatic spell-check converted to Monrovia.)
  24. Our favorite Indian restaurant in Palm Springs always asks us how spicy we want a dish, from 1 to 10.
  25. San Diego.
