@hypothetically I simply wanted to avoid having a bad date or disappointing session. If a provider was unsure about whether to meet me, an older man, I was happy to provide a photo.
I appreciate that other clients might not do so - that’s up to them, and how they make arrangements. For me, sending a pic was no big deal.

It's no secret-diet and exercise. To get a compact build like that, you need to be very lean and workout at least 4x week. Include plenty of bodyweight exercises in your workout, plenty of cardio like jumping rope. You should use strict form when lifting, without huge amounts of resistance. Theres a great e-book, called The Hard Gainer Solution that teaches an approach to lifting that can help you develop the build you are looking for.

Safe? Alive? I’m not knocking condom usage, your body/health, your prerogative but....thats rather dramatic
considering in 2019 not only does antiretroviral medication exist, but surprise, so does pre exposure prophylaxis.

Im on PrEp and I like bareback sex, but I'm ok with condoms. When I have booked providers who say "safe only," when I show up for the appoinment, most willingly have bareback sex with me. I don't even have to persuade them. So I have come to think of "safe only" as being mostly advertising. At the same time, if a guy insisted on condoms, I would willingly comply.

I’ve been a condom user for 22 years, and I’ve never contracted an STD and am HIV negative.
Judge me if you like, and call me silly and “old fashioned”.
Gay guys see PrEP the same way that straights see the birth control pill. They’re focus is on protection from ONE thing, and the others are ignored.
