It is not a hope in total vain, there are many providers who are just great people, and can establish a good connection/friendship with an "old guzzard". Mr. Jones, thanks for your post. It brought back a fond memory. When growing up, my mother (who recently passed) frequently made this statement. Of course, as children, my siblings and I would add, "but is it funny?" We would then get the expected scowl and laugh.
