Yes I agree I think most lads will hire a masseur hoping it leads to sex because they don’t want to pay escort rates. 

We've learned not to question how one self-identifies.  One can choose to identify as German, English, black, Mexican, etc., just like one can identify as man, woman, other, etc.  Similarly, whose to question why one identifies as a masseur or a prostitute?

The German ancestry is Americans in exaggerated. People in the USA tend to overstate their non-British and "American" (colonial British) blood because they think is more exotical. 
The majority of the ancestry in the USA is still mostly British (Irish, English and Scottish) because the British had a founding effect in Americans. But yes, German is also a major component and quite large. Most Americans are probably a British + German combo with other minor ancestries (something like 45% British, 35% German and the remaining Scandinavian, Dutch, French, Italian, Polish, etc.). Off-topic though.

Not all masseurs offer sex. I don't offer that. If I get a very attractive client I'm very into I'm open to do something for an extra charge though. Still this barely happens because I'm a picky asshole (I can probably mention only one time in the last 6 months).  I don't easily find someone worth of sliding it in or letting my dick sucked. One time I let a handsome daddy give me a bj and I regretted it because he didn't even tip me. When I asked for the tip directly he said I didn't cum. I just don't get all the posts about hiring a masseur and commenting if he tops, bottoms, suck, etc. Blows my mind that instead of going an escort, you'd rather go for a masseuse hoping it leads to sex.
It's like I wanna have my windows cleaned, but instead of hiring a window cleaner, I hire a guy to mow the grass, hoping he looks up and see me pointing at my window.

I'll be somewhat of a Debbie Downer and insert this reality check lest some readers assume that every "masseur" is going to engage in oral sex with them. If you know you want more than a massage, communicate with the masseur in advance about what his services include.  Some guys really just do massage, and some others do massage with a happy ending that's limited to masturbation.  Don't assume that every masseur will let you rim or suck them or that they will do that to you.
I have hired a lot of guys who advertised as masseurs who ended up having oral and anal sex with me, but I'd never assume that someone with only a masseur ad is open to that level of engagement.
To answer the question in the first post, I'm not concerned about cleaning out my mouth after rimming someone but I only rim guys when I have no sense that there's a cleanliness issue (i.e., no bad smells or tastes).  If I'm not satisfied that he's extremely clean, I don't put my tongue anywhere near his hole.
