If a provider is actively searching for a client at that moment, he will most likely place his status as AVAIL NOW. 
Not sure why RM includes anyone signed on in the avail now search, but probably because it's worth a shot to inquire. But I'd guess majority will not be available at that moment. Most of us providers will sign on check messages, make changes to profile, or show that potential client that we might be available sometime today or near future if you are flexible.

One of the best around.

Saw him while he was in NYC last week.  Very good massage, very nice guy.  He's gotten married to a woman, and he's lost his fighter's physique, I'd say he's now the slim side of athletic.

Saw him a couple of weeks ago.  As has been said:  nice massage room, good massage skills, and he’s a sweet & sexy guy.  Obviously he has a Rentmen ad so did get the sense that any extras were delivered at his discretion. 

Went to see him for a 90 minute yesterday. What a great young guy - handsome, masculine, sweet. Beautiful, lean, strong body and a posterior for the ages. Massage was on his bed with light/medium pressure - ok. But his looks and interaction with me made it a great, memorable experience! Be nice to him and he’ll be nice right back!

I’m not really into ripped either, but he clearly once was ripped and advertises as such. I wouldn’t say beefier, just softer, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Still, it was awkward and underwhelming.

I’m fit and handsome but have ED issues from treatment. A massage was both therapeutic and a chance to potentially connect sensually without the pressure to perform. I have my roster here in NYC and they are great—and most know about my health situation. Caring and sexy guys who are experts at making our sessions healing, fun and memorable.
