I appreciate the comments! I guess I was just thinking standard stuff that typically happens when hooking up would just be baked into the base rate (that's how it's always seemed from my many many other experiences). I could understand more if I was asking for something hyperspecialized. But as you all said, their business, their rules. No harm, no foul. 

So he quoted you the Basic Economy fare. Then there is Economy, Economy Plus, Premium Economy, Business (non-refundable pre-pay), Business (pay after your session), and First.
Honestly, that's what it seems some of these providers try do.
And there are plenty of threads on here about dynamic pricing and free upgrades.

Tell him he has a choice - pucker up or get on his knees. See what he prices.

EDIT My personal favorite was this guy who said he charges $50 per kiss. I politely declined without laughing.

I contacted a guy asking about a mild bondage scene, he repeated the different elements I'd mentioned and I just had the image of him tallying each request up.  He came up with a very high number, I declined.
