This isn’t a bad thing. The owner of Badlands has been accused of racism and has kept his properties in the Castro empty for years and in one case decades - The Patio Cafe. He also evicted clients using the Ellis Act.
There is already a plan for an opening of a new bar in the space which will be announced after the pandemic.

It’s lice which is an inconvenience. Pretty rude of him to say you did not get them from him. He should thank you for the information and then take precautions. They are easy to get but during our social distancing I would think quite a bit more difficult. Hearing your story would make me think twice before getting a massage again as you don’t know what else they may not be owing up to.
