I get a much better massage (more extras) if I schedule 2 days in advance.  I also schedule on a day that he is usually slow like a Sunday.   Calling for an immediate appointment is rude.  And if he does fit u in the experience suffers because he is too tired.  The provider needs to put in his ad that he needs a 24 notice.

If I were as unhappy with my chosen line of work (and all it entails) I would think about taking Ivanka’s advice and TRY SOMETHING NEW…

Seems this issue is quite emotive. I take it as par for the course. I’m working in this business so it means I’ll get lots of last minute requests…it’s frustrating but nothing I can do about it. Just say “yes” when I’m available or “no” if it doesn’t fit. I must turn down about 3 a week because of my unavailability. Some come back some don’t. It’s disappointing because I hate to turn away business!

I’m going to pick at you for a second just to make a point…. (so don’t be offended).
You were able to adhere to a scheduled time and date for a dinner with friends (at least some time in advance); why would it be so problematic to have the same consideration for a masseur? 🧐

It often happens. I’m amazed, guys even contact me to say “I’m in London are you available today at xx?”. They usually travelled from abroad and presumably have considered booking me but they leave it to the day to ask about booking. Often I’m booked up or out of town so I have to decline and then they’re disappointed. Those clients that book in advance get what they want because I plan my diary to accommodate them.

I understand that sometimes you book in advance and on the day just don’t feel right for it, so that’s fine…cancel it. I don’t take deposits and if you tell me you’re cancelling at the start of the day then I can rearrange my time.
I agree with Jarrod that it’s annoying to have to repeatedly say no to last minute requests. However, in my experience those “are you available now” type clients are usually difficult anyway (drunk, high or just looking for a quick fuck) so actually it’s not the type of booking I want anyway.

Pricey that I think reflects an investment in real education about physiology, and that probably translates into better actual bodywork.

Lots of more interactive masseurs out there.
I would choose this guy instead of going to Burke Williams, not instead of the guy who fucks on a massage table… Ali is after a different client than most out there. The fact that he did porn in his youth is irrelevant to the services he’s providing now.

Oh come now. If he were after a “different client” than most on here then he wouldn’t be shirtless on his profile with the sensual option checked. As an ex porn actor, he knows the score very well. He’s baiting potential clients with the promise of sensuality of some kind. There is no chiropractor box to check on rentmasseur, after all.

The two 4-handed sessions I have had don’t make me want a third. 4 hands great for the sex bit, but body work not choreographed in tandem? I found it  impossible to either enjoy or to work with the masseur to help release knots. I’d rather put the money towards a different service. Anybody got the key for enjoyment of this?

I agree. I was curious and saved up to try it once.... but i would recommend against it.
It is difficult for two people to push and pull the body in coordination.  It sounds great in theory, but in reality it doesnt work out so well.
That being said, if the massage is just an excuse and you have no therapeutic expectations, go ahead and live that fantasy. Just judge on attributes other than massage skill.

    I will BEG TO DIFFER....
I had two HORRIBLE masseur experiences. . I wrote a scathing but clean review (i.e factual but no foul language etc).
Both were posted. I made sure to msg the masseur first - stating  "hey thanks for the massage today" which they responded back (thus confirming we communicated)
I agree I like this site so one can warn another.  Talking to one of the admins, there will be a review section coming in the hopefully near future.

Even back when we had Daddy’s review to count on….Daddy didn’t like to publish “no show” reviews. From the FAQ:
“IIn general we look at these on a case-by-case basis. In general we "Hold" these type of reviews because it is very difficult to verify this type of situation.”
I’ve had no-show RentMen reviews rejected for the same reasoning,

I am no longer terribly concerned if the masseur is inoculated or not. I am . . . and also recently caught COVID.* Seems like the greater risk would be to the unvaccinated masseur. That’s his risk to assess/mitigate. I’m not sure if his vaccination status will protect me as much.
*My evidence is only anecdotal, but breakthrough infections seem much more likely with Delta than older data would suggest. Went to a gathering pre-renewed indoor masking mandates/suggestions. Infected vaccinated person was present (tested positive after the event). Almost 20 percent of the attendees tested positive within three to five days. Fortunately, we were all vaccinated and the symptoms were basically common cold symptoms.

Providers and clients alike disclose HIV and STI status.
Having a degree of assurance about risk level regarding this virus is no more invasive than seeking the same assurance about those other risks.

Also as I was told by a masseur, they are only allowed 1 per quarter.
Yes it has to be sent to the masseur

What an ODD/F-ed up way to do business.  One would think reviews would be welcomed. Rather they make it difficult.

I believe the only way a review can be published is if you actually write the review and send it to the provider. He’ll have to submit the review and the MF admins will publish it.

Not at all easy money. That's the mistake a lot of guys make when they decide to get into OF - they think it's just going to be some hot sex and posting once in a while but you have to keep people interested. Videos of a model jacking off every day quickly get boring and they have to promote and produce their own content constantly as well as trying to get subscribers. It's not at all easy. Plus, most masseurs aren't interested in doing porn. Totally different thing. And many escorts prefer to remain as anonymous as possible also - only doing it for their clients rather than putting themselves on the internet. It takes a LOT of time and energy to do an OF.

If it were easy money, everyone on the platform would be making bank....  And most aren't.  Most end up giving it away in an attempt to get traction.
Finding people to film with, legal releases, editing, lighting, social media.  There's nothing easy about doing what the guys who make $50k+ a month do on OF.
With so many people flooding the platform, it's also getting tougher for guys to cut through the noise.

IntuitiveTactile reacted to + LodoB in Why is that when you go to RentMasseur website, you do not see the masseur's asking price but you see various prices that a masseur was hired for on the reviews?
The single incall price and single outcall price on a RentMasseur profile is usually the base price for respective one hour.
I often find that masseurs on RentMasseur put additional pricing details in their ad text, usually under the “About Me” heading. The price often varies based on massage length and or type — such as non-erotic or erotic.
And those that specify base price as “Ask Me” are usually more of an escort than a masseur and usually don’t have any other pricing details. Many/most of these can also be found on escort site Rent.Men.
