I have heard that more and more tests sites are opening in overseas airports for return-to-US tests. Very good news.

A big question many ponder, and that is alluded to more in the book, do people think Peter also killed his father (who he found after he "hung himself") With Phil's death Peter becomes sole eventual heir to the considerable Burbank family fortune, besides just protecting his mother.

He worked st Secrets for a couple years then once he gravitated to Manhattan he went off the deep end (for most places, not Manhattan).

I have a stunning friend there who's a major professional model I referred a couple guys to but unfortunately he's got something? Covid?
-
probably not but I'm not sure divorce stops the application for a green card once allowed. IDK. I meant to say I'd assume the pre-nup is unenforceable as many places don't like them at all and it's very expensive and drawn-out to draft one even in a friendly state.

assume it will last less than a year and the pre-nup will be enforceable that's about the odds Vegas would give.

I think it's normal in any movie to "follow the story" but after this movie is over you realize the "story" was misleading. On 2nd watching you don't pay attention to the story and realize the acting and personal interactions are amazing (not to mention the scenery). It's a movie of personal interactions and conflicts, not a plot, although after it's over you realize the twisted plot and who was evil and who was good. And it's a gay conflict too. Campion's other huge movie way back "The Piano" was similar style. It's a performance that is better to me the 2nd time when I can catch every nuance from all 4 superb actors. Thankfully it's on Netflix so that's easy.

I can tell you from much recent experience booking/cancelling, airlines vary a lot, especially international ones. With Delta, American, United etc you're fine. (I've had a little hassle with Avianca from US to Columbia recently while British immediately refunded a MIA to Buenos Aires miles award). If you can book on miles do. Miles are refunded immediately with no fees always. Here's all the latest reward refund policies.

from time to time I see social media of some of the big dance clubs with dancers in shorts ...Space?

I've almost been this path but the kicker is , at least in the US and I suspect Canada, Pre-Nups can be not only very expensive but sometimes difficult to enforce. Courts often don't like them.

At first viewing I had no idea who was reciting the narration and at the end did not remember it. It really is a movie more enjoyable on 2nd viewing when you notice the quirks and details more. And that's from someone who hates movies you have to watch twice to figure out.

For those (like me) renewing their passport be aware that they can be picky on the new photo. They just sent me an email that I need a better photo. It was taken at FedEx Office and maybe it's because they used a flash washing out some features and detail. Also gray hair and white backgrounds can blend. Be careful with good detailed photos. (FedEx re-did mine and I mailed it back.)

It's a series but the best acting I've seen was in about half the episodes of Succession. Of course Jeremy Strong is amazing psychologically as a mental odyssey but the characters who play Shiv and Roman also are amazing along with a dozen others. But the peaks make other episodes seem blah. I sure hope Kendall gets out of the pool tomorrow !!! America's on pins and needles over this. 😨 In actual movies, the acting by the main characters in Power of the Dog is amazing, more so for the wife, the son and the brother I think, but Phil (Cumberbatch) is definitely complex. Personally I think Nicholas Cage in Pig is under-rated as is Jake Gyllenhaal in The Guilty. I actually liked Jake a little better than the also-great Danish original and I think the racial troubles last year caused The Guilty to be ignored. Cumberbatch is outstanding in The Courier OTOH I'm not sure how Will Smith's "acting" or the story in King Richard is remotely competitive. I'll see how the new Macbeth is reviewed before i venture into it but I'm skeptical. I plan to enjoy Belfast when it's not $20 but don't expect to be awed. For a happy holiday-ish movie this year I really like The Electrical Life of Louis Wain. Great warm true story. Cumberbatch has 4 hits this year. After Nine Perfect Stangers I've got Nicole Kidman overload though and may just skip The Ricardos thing until I can forget the 9 Strangers "acting".

more bad news on the rapid tests today. I will say DC has free test kits at every public library somehow that have to be returned to a box at the library for testing. WaPo: Rapid coronavirus tests are still hard to find in many places, despite Biden’s pledges President Biden announced last week that rapid coronavirus tests were a pillar of his plan to fight the new and potentially more transmissible omicron variant, now confirmed in at least 21 states. But nearly a year into his administration, the availability of low-cost coronavirus tests that return results in as little as 15 minutes remains an oft-promised but still unrealized capability in large swaths of the country — a far cry from the situation in countries such as Britain and Singapore, where the government purchased the kits in the spring and distributed millions of them free or at low cost. Many people in the United States cannot find the tests online or at retail stores because the kits are often out of stock — and when they do see them, consumers may be unable to buy them in quantity because of the cost, typically about $25 for a packet of two. That makes it impractical to urge all Americans to incorporate the tests into their daily routines — especially before going to work, traveling or gathering indoors with family members and friends — to avoid spreading the virus unintentionally, as many health experts now advise. Be careful about the days/hours of your test site also. I had found one at Heathrow going in but then found they were closed on Sunday, my intended arrival day, and sites in the city were hard to find. It's really a clusterfuck (as we Americans say).
-
ha! coming from Australia you'd have a pretty narrow boarding window for a 24-hour test.
-
Good luck with timely in-person tests. They're harder to find than they should be and expensive.

Some of the Twitter previews are pretty long and XXX sex. The "free" OF's are pretty easy for the guys to run in addition to their paid ones since it's just a couple pics and almost daily offers of a sex vid for $20+. It's really gotten to where the paid OF's are also daily offers of $20 vids with fewer and fewer free sex vids.

I thought it would be helpful to get as many recommendations as possible for the test to come back into the US. This is the first article I've seen. (Note the Binax test mentioned is not the one sold in drugstores which does not qualify).

It opens December 17.

An enjoyable watch on a cold night. Just opened in theaters friday to high reviews but no one mentions it's free on Hulu. top 97%/84% reviews on RT https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/pig_2021

For years there was a gay strip club on the side street behind Larry Flynts Hustler.

I thought it was a little long with some gratuitous (not sex) scenes. But it's strictly a psychological movie, not a story, and I guess that requires some less-than-action-filled scenes. I found it amazing in that most people probably don't realize until after it's over that the assumptions in the movie were reversed. And what I'm seeing most of in comments online is "Did Peter kill his real father?".
