Many, if not most, have domestic obligations that make overnights extremely difficult so they have to be kept at a minimum. Not sure about South America, but in most sex tourist parts of Europe overnights are much less a multiple of the hourly rate. 1000 is pretty much tops for the best guys in Prague I know, including many porn stars. If Estonians are so close to Finns, what happened to the Finns? I've met several and not impressed though they are very smart. My Scandinavian friends always avoid them calling them dour.
