Well I got two shocks, one a sticker shock today. I went in to my Kaiser HMO and my doc approved me for Prep, I took the quarterly tests and then went to the Kaiser pharmacy to get the price......$1000 for a 3-month supply ! Seems Medicare does not cover Prep. At all. (They have very limited coverage for Viagra also). I'll try a couple other pharmacies with discounts. Then I got the results of my testosterone tests and they were on the very low side of normal which means I cannot get T Replacement Therapy. Doc said there are risks like heart attacks. My friend a weightlifter can get me shots for $120/month. I dunno. Everyone says TRT is a miracle. Damn.
