Who ever thought we'd be arguing that a bone marrow transplant is worse than living with HIV? My how times have changed! And for the record this is more of an interesting scientific blip....than a cure all. Many others have attempted this same "cure" and failed. There's a reason you haven't heard of another case in the last ten years. It wasn't for lack of trying. In fact all the other attempts either died from the treatment or had their HIV return. Also, there is a strain of HIV that is immune to this treatment. I understand there are a few more "in the pipeline" that may also be "cured" but they're waiting for at least a year to pass before declaring them "cured"

I’ve been in Vegas several times during shows. It’s fun to walk around looking at all the beef on display. Most of them are narcissistic and insecure show ponies who get off on the attention. In fact, with so many of them around, they seem to be even more anxious for attention than usual. There is an uptick on RM of muscle....but it’s mostly of the expensive vanilla muscle worship variety. I can do that for free on the casino floor. I don't see the point of paying for it.

This is the best advice of all. Indeed, good doctors know good doctors. In general, they won’t bad mouth their colleges. But listen for very strong words of praise like “He’s an outstanding surgeon”, or “I would let him operate on my family members. Also listen for faint praise like “he’s a good surgeon”, or “I’ve never heard of any problems with his care”. That is damning with faint praise and doctors do it all the time. Think about it. You don’t want a “good” doctor....you want a GREAT doctor.

My time tested advice: As soon as you realize that you are being deceived...leave without payment. You don’t want to do business with someone who lies to you. Even if they are beautiful. It never ends well.

I don’t have a bottle in front of me...but I’m pretty sure that diphenhydramine NOT pseudoephedrine is the sleep agent. It’s important because diphenhydramine will make you sleepy....pseudoephedrine will make you WIDE awake. I agree that it is pointlesss to take the “PM” versions of NSAIDS (unless that’s all you’ve got). You don’t need the NSAID. All you need is the diphenhydramine (Benadryl) part. It’s generally frowned upon as a sleep agent in the medical community, but it works for me. Just make sure you have 6 to 8 hours to sleep and a reliable method to wake you in the morning. Sometimes it’s hard for me to get up, but once I do, I personally feel clear headed and rested. A little dry mouth, but nothing a glass of water doesn’t fix. YMMV.

CBD is pure snake oil. If it works for you that’s great. It appears to be harmless. Just don’t forget that most placebos do work. This one just has the added benefit of being related to pot. In reality they took pot, removed the active ingredients, and they’re marketing the useless byproduct. From a business point of view....it’s brilliant. From a scientific/medical point of view....it’s useless and unethical.
