Hiring a trainer is the most expedient way to "get it done right." true, but not just any trainer. I like to switch fitness modalities over time, and then incorporate the aspects which work for me into my program. I’ve done martial arts/kettlebell training, x-fit, lean muscle and have spent a ton on top-notch mountain bike instruction. If anything, I find repetitive workouts of one kind utterly boring.

I know, but I’m addicted to long intense bike rides and big elevation gains. Think 20 to 60 mile rides. I have amazing legs and ass and my tummy is super tight afterwards. Nothing like seeing the Strava app after a ride and seeing PR’s on category 4 climbs. I hit 41 mph on a downhill Tuesday.

A night of rimming and ass worship!

I’ve always lusted after Jared Leto. Those sapphire eyes! Now a 9 inch dick?

Make sure you don’t “over douche”.

I’m muscular (Leanish) but not as shredded as I’d like. I’m working with a very hot trainer on a new modality that emphasizes striations. I also do a lot of cardio, especially long road biking where my goal is to achieve new Strava records. Working out with weights, never machines, on an empty stomach is the norm. I never eat before 11:00 am. I’ve also greatly increased my vegetable intake and have been doing AuraSil super food and nutrient supplements, which also boost collagen production for more youthful skin. I’m a Type A, so if I don’t get a daily workout of some sort I get stressed. Also consider long walks at around 4 minute miles. I know I could get there faster if I dropped the wine, which I’m working on.

I hope I can get it before heading to Portugal on 13 Sept. I wonder if I could get my second jab in Portugal? I’d love to partake of some of the hotties over there, but will remain celibate if unvaxxed. The prospect of contracting this at my age is too ghastly to contemplate!

Probably Dubai, a city I have ZERO interest in visiting.

Anyone remember who that foxy blond was?

That’s fucking absurd. Get some good lube and have a nice jackoff session. Then you can move on to more productive pursuits.

In both of the places I live I fortunately have access 24/7 to private gyms where I rarely see more than 3 other people. On the island, it is nice to see the occasional kids home from college working out without shirts. Oddly, I enjoy silence when I lift. I don’t even like music while driving. Yes, I’m an odd duck.

People still use Facebook?

I’ve certainly noticed him!

OTOH, I’m seeing more young and cute providers popping up with rates of $300, so it’s a mixed bag. Do agree that OF has had an outsized impact, though.

Also calculate your HDL/triglyceride level. Good is below 2. In May, mine was .45! I do indulge in the occasional pint of super-premium local ice cream, but with my manic cardio and lifting program, I never gain a pound. What I need to lose is the wine. If I drop alcohol for a month, I get much leaner.

And sweet potatoes are far healthier than white potatoes.

Well, at our college they were de rigueur!

I messaged him and has a 12 shoe size. Very pleasant and will be expecting me in early December.

Absolutely adorable!

Love pic #6! I’d love to get slapped on the ass with that leather rod and then return the favor. Great find.

@MikeBiDudehas exquisite taste. I’d love to spend time with that stud from San Diego. I wonder if he has size 14 feet! Just buddylisted him. Looking forward to a report.

So true. I much prefer the lean muscular look. I’m working with an amazing young trainer to get striations since I’m already muscular, but certainly not a body builder. You also have to incorporate plenty of cardio into the program.

Speaking of athletic wear, I’m addicted to Swiftwick merino wool socks. They’re made in the USA and cover all outdoor and fitness uses. I’m wearing a pair right now.

I used to wear Chemise Lacoste polo shirts through my early 30’s. They lasted forever and looked even better with a few holes. In the 70’s, they were still made in France. The only brand names I wear now are in the athletic realm: Lululemon, Vouri and Arc’teryx. At least they’re fairly subtle brands.
