I’ll be in Portugal for a month starting September 14 so I’m hoping the USD continues strong. Hopefully the wild fires won’t destroy some of the rural areas I hope to visit. Lisbon does have some hot providers, though.

I know a twink in the Southeast who does foot fucking with some clients. He does have small feet, but can you imagine? That’s one I hadn’t heard of.

Are you referring to pic number 7?

That seems to be the case with many ads nowadays.

Agree with @ButchAtl. Just let it go. He was a dud and you’ll never see him again. Now you have BlessedBoy.

The works UX out there.

I thought China was Albania’s great friend after the rupture with the Warsaw Pact.

Yes, it’s a bit bland compared with SF and LA, but I’ve always found it to be the most livable and friendly large CA metro. I’m a big outdoors guy, and the proximity to superb hiking and mountain biking trails is unequalled. I’d like a little more rain, but in the coastal areas there’s no need for a/c. The airport is small but convenient. And the eye candy is amazing.

If your intuition says “avoid”, avoid.

I would’ve just laughed and moved on.

60 here on the island at 8 am. Will be the hottest day of the week with a high of 75. Planning a 30+ mile bike ride later. Lows consistently in the mid 50’s.

You should see the one that I met the other day at my gym!

I moved away from OC 8 years ago, so I’m not sure about the gay-friendliness of South County. When I lived there, suburban San Diego was pretty Republican, but I know it’s become much bluer over the past few years. (I hope this isn’t perceived as politics 😧). That said, I doubt that your neighbors would give a damn about your orientation.

I travel widely throughout Europe, but rarely hire. That may be because over the past few years, before COVID, I concentrated on Eastern Europe, where the offerings were, to me, a bit sketchy. I engaged in Kyiv and Warsaw with cute blonds; but the experiences were meh. When I spend a month in Portugal this fall, however, I plan to see a handful of hotties, who have been very responsive so far. I’m also thinking of visiting parts of Germany, mainly the areas of the old DDR, in March, and look forward to sampling some of Berlin’s delicacies.

Quite right. Sometimes the economy needs an enema. Business cycles are a fact of life in a market economy.

I love real estate. I now have 3 doors in the Seattle area, both of which have more than doubled in value since 2015, and one in suburban Philly, which is up 60% since the end of 2018. I’ve been enjoying significant rent increases as well. I have a diversified portfolio perhaps a bit more weighted into corporate bonds that have done well compared with most bonds, especially the bank ones. I’ve also diversified into warehouse REITs, which are up substantially. Think small shopping centers, Amazon distribution centers. A friend has a hedge fund which I invested in almost ten years ago and which has also done well and another has developed an amazing FX algorithm that keeps churning out profits. Just stay well diversified and sleep better at night.

La Jolla, Del Mar and Solana Beach are unbeatable. I don’t think you’d want to live south of San Diego proper. Chula Vista is more like Garden Grove, with bigger tract housing further inland near Otay Mesa. Mission Hills is a lovely neighborhood closer to downtown with easy access to the trolley and heavy rail. Hillcrest and North Park, as stated, are excellent neighborhoods near Balboa Park. As @MscleLovrstated, the people are friendly and the young people are among the best looking in the world. It’s the only CA metro I’d consider if I ever moved back to California, which is highly unlikely.

I’ll take the cutie on the left, please!

I also endorse ON and Hoka shoes, which I’ve been wearing for the past few years. I see a great chiropractor who specializes in Active Release Therapy, which keeps me pretty pain free for all of my fitness routines.

During the summer, while on the island, I shop at locally owned stores or the farmers’ markets. I’m prepared to pay the island premium. That said, the meats and produce are all local and organic and you can tell the difference. The locally caught king salmon and halibut are unparalleled, but pricey. We also have several superb roasters here, so the coffee is superior. I add a little heavy whipping cream to my coffee and typically buy Organic Valley. The store in town charges $7.49 while a market ten minutes away is $2 cheaper. When I’m on the mainland, I stock up at Trader Joe’s, of which I’ve been a fan for over 40 years.

He’s very cute. I’ve done four overnights with him. Highly recommended.

He looks a lot like an old favorite “Eros Devon”, from Phoenix, with whom I enjoyed several weekends back in 2004/5.
