Since I’m at my place on the island for the next month, I imagine it will be an early night. I will make a pot roast in the Le Crueset and possibly invite a neighbor over. I would like to do a long chilly bike ride this afternoon.

The same frequently occurs with me. I recently was seeing one who, sadly, has mental issues. His sibling texts me to ask if I’ve heard from him. -
When I lived for years in coastal OC, I saw many tragic faces forever disfigured by grifter plastic surgeons. Perhaps they felt they were invisible pre-surgery. Post-surgery they regained visibility in a macabre way. They’d be better off with conservative Botox and filler.

Certainly not my cup of tea either; but some clients crave humiliation and exploitation. It’s a small subset to be sure, another part of the spectrum of fetishes. I’m turned off by bragging or any allusion to royalty (King, prince etc.).

I didn’t do a tree this year since I was traveling and spent the holiday with family. It’s nice to come downstairs the day after Christmas with no decorations to put away. I do have a handsome wreath on my front door, though, and I always put lights on the yew hedge outside my front patio.

The aesthetics of CIIIR’s Christmas address yesterday were inferior compared to last year’s, which were exquisite. -
I’d suggest sugaring over waxing. Far less painful and much quicker. Sugar Plum in Seattle is amazing.
