When I was a freshman in college, I quickly bonded with two cute preppy boys and hung out with them all the time. My dorm neighbor seemed jealous and posted ...is a faggot in the communal bathroom. I confronted him in the hallway in front of several others and told him if he didn’t clean the graffiti and desist that I’d beat the shit out of him. He backed down and I never had a problem with him again. I’d never make a public threat like that these days, however.

I have a tenant somewhat like Avalon. My management co. deals with tenants, but they’ve rarely seen him. He apparently rarely leaves the place. The good thing is that he handles all issues himself, which is why I haven’t raised his rent to market levels for the area. A long-time tenant like him is a godsend.

I haven’t done reviews in a while, but I’ve always asked. I’ve gotten lazy lately.

Their stuff is pretentious and covered with weird stuff like shoelaces and logos. I know a few providers who grew up poor who love overpriced dreck covered with logos. I agree with@Reisr30 that understated luxury is far more aesthetically pleasing. You can get custom Alden shell cordovan boots for $800.

Most times when I’ve engaged an unreviewed provider it’s worked out fine. After texting and a conversation, I winnow out the ones most likely to succeed.
