God, I loved that place. Another icon bites the dust. When I think of Laguna Beach over 20 years ago— The Boom, Shame on the Moon, Woody’s and Mark’s on PCH, where I hosted a Labor Day dinner in 1997 overshadowed by the Princess’ death in Paris.

I’m a 2-hour session guy. 90% of the time, providers who quote $300 are fine with $500 for two hours.

I’ve found that with particularly younger and hotter providers, the $300 rate becomes $500 foot two hours and everyone is happy!

My guess is that the vast majority of folks who use those terms are not using them in a homophobic or misogynistic way, simply as a a turn of phrase. That said, you’ve made a good point!
