In my younger days I was more likely to go with a new guy when the opportunity presented itself. Now that I have gained some wisdom (lol!) I have two regulars - we are well suited and enjoy our time together so that is my first priority. I have a frequent repeat that lives out of town and we would probably be "regulars" if he lived in my city. I prefer these visits - they are very meaningful to me and I go to great lengths to make myself available; these relationships do require a little work but it is worth it to me. I only try someone new when I am traveling or my regulars/repeats are not available. That being said: you do you!

From my read of things, the CEO of Scruff disagrees with your assessment. He made it clear that their enforcement is due to app store policies. Here is an extract - I also included the link below. Today most software is distributed via app stores, and consequently app content policies are a direct extension of app store content policies. Is it just me or does he look like he had a little work done on his lips? Not judging, just saying their shape and size has a certain appearance. He certainly has the glow of youth about him.

I've had only a few encounters with guys that indicated they are bi - mainly due to my preferences when it comes to what I expect out of a visit. According to my 'little list', all but one asked to repeat. The one that did not ask for a repeat knew I would not be interested - he smoked like a chimney and I couldn't stand the smell.

I take a look at the "Pro" section of A4A every few weeks, usually when my regular visitors are out of town or not available. It is a good place for a profile where you can stash some pictures and a general description of what you are into. I've met a few guys that approached me after I reviewed their profile (as a service provider you can see who looked at your profile) - I like it when they approach me (being proactive; it shows me they are serious) and one of them is a regular visitors of mine now. Of course that also means that they can see my profile which I think they like; if they approach me I assume they have reviewed my profile and we are compatible.

Do check with your investment adviser or tax guy - your heirs will likely have required minimum distributions. And the new legislation will accelerate those RMDs. Hence, I am not a fan.

I usually take it offline when we established mutual interest - do a facetime or skype video call to make sure the guy looks like his pics. At this point you can also agree on "donation for his time".

Sorry to disagree, I am not a fan of the changes. Doing my best to shelter my savings from Uncle Sam's grubby hands, but this change will force earlier RMDs for those that inherit an IRA. Spent a lot of time with my nephews and nieces, teaching them the principles of compounding interest and the value of money specifically so that when they inherit they will be forearmed. This change will be to their detriment.

If it is a Co-op, it could be the underlying mortgage. Co-op shareholders make payments on a building's mortgage and the size of the building's underlying mortgage affects the monthly maintenance fee. It could include taxes, which can be high in NYC. It could also include some high end amenities like a pet spa, heated floors, heated and air conditioned parking garage, or salt water swimming pool.
