Good advice here @rocky - I would also go with a treadmill to burn calories. But you should also consider how to manage your calorie intake for visible results. I haven't tried it but often wondered if the Nutrisystem eating plan advertised on TV with Dan Marino would be a good idea for me to manage my intake. Meals seem filling and fairly edible. Perhaps give it the ol' college try...

As with most ventures it is always a good idea to "under promise and over deliver". I invited my regular over for my birthday to celebrate with me. He showed up with a tray of cup cakes.
