You can get your doctor to change your prescription ? - instead of 30 pills refillable 11 times to cover the year (as an example), request 90 pills refillable 3 times. I've never had a problem with my insurance doing this. ?

Yes! These are not like Blue Apron meal kits or HelloFresh, they are fully prepared meals. Remember Nutrisystem? Lol Portion sizes appear small to me given the price (from $10 to $15 a serving).
