What do escorts do after retiring?
FTM Zachary Prince replied to Walker1's topic in Questions About Hiring
What you fail to realise is that this doesn’t happen to independent escorts. It only happens to big players who operate on a distribution level, earning income off OTHER PEOPLE’s prostitution labor. It’s very common for sex workers to pay taxes. Vice squad busts are political stunts meant to reassure the public that the government is “fighting trafficking”. They generally have no interest in prosecuting independent sex workers who operate quietly and pay taxes. In fact, NOT paying taxes is what gets people busted much more often than paying taxes... and this is common industry knowledge amongst seasoned professionals. None of us who have our shit together well enough to file taxes would sit with investigators and admit to earning it from doing anything illegal either. Maybe you assume escorts are stupid, but I assure you that (any more than the population average) we are not. -

You have NO idea what you’re talking about. Most escorts pay taxes. Have you SEEN the self-employment categories on the IRS tax forms? “Personal Concierge”, “Entertainer” and “Stripper” are all things that escorts regularly select as descriptions for what they do. The IRS DOES NOT GIVE A FLYING SHIT HOW YOU EARN YOUR MONEY they just want a cut. Wow. You really proved yourself to be completely out of touch with reality. There are even tax professionals who specialise in helping escorts. It is extremely easy for any escort to create an LLC to do business under, get credit cards for, take loans for, pay taxes on, etc. Extreely easy. Even someone who doesn’t have an LLC can easily file as self-employed and MOST ESCORTS DO. Escorts have plenty of deductible business expenses just like every other business in existence. Again you truly have no idea what you’re talking about. Literally just writing out your ass with no education on this topic whatsoever. I suggest you sit down and shut up and learn to let escorts speak for ourselves on topics about which you know nothing. -
Dunno if she’s still at it currently, but a few years ago a story broke about an 85 year old British escort who was entertaining at 250/hr and seeing 10 clients a week. I imagine she might be retired by now tho... https://www.google.co.in/amp/s/www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/britains-oldest-prostitute-85-years-old-still-3571324.amp

Don’t know him personally and thus have made zero comments about the intent of his post. As for “interpretation of his words” I guess we all have to interpret what anyone is saying and I really don’t think I misinterpreted. His sentiments are pretty clear about becoming less desirable as age advances. That’s simply not true, and I’m debating that very clear point. Again no comment about his intentions or why he thinks this. Simply not my place to speculate. Hopefully Dominiking doesn’t feel like I’m attacking him personally. A lot of escorts share this incorrect idea... I hear it from a lot of mouths and it directly contradicts all the real-world evidence I’ve seen from older providers. I’ve been researching the market from the inside for over five years. -

Seeing who is advertising is not a good way to judge who is working successfully. As I’ve mentioned, most older escorts no longer need to advertise. Their regular clients and regular income are SET. That’s living the dream, not struggling. Escorts often stop escorting at an older age due to burnout, social stigma, and a host of other reasons that have nothing to do with a lack of demand for older escorts. No ones arguing against plan B, C, or D at any age. But any young escort who believes that their value relies on their youth is choosing to give weight to a toxic and ultimately false idea that will undoubtedly turn into a self-fulfilling prophesy for their own business. If you refuse to provide your clients with some value besides your youth, smooth face & hard body then I guess they really won’t have any reason to keep hiring you once you get older. If you’re offering something valuable that goes beyond that then the demand for your services will never stop. That’s just the way it is, and anyone who chooses to believe otherwise is deluding themselves. Feel free tho if you want... it’s your life and your career! And any client who says otherwise is merely projecting his own biases about the escorts he hires onto the entire market. I’m sure that most (not all) of the guys who frequent RentMen and this board might be interested in younger guys. The whole scene where older escorts who don’t have to advertise are connecting with long-time regulars who are extremely loyal to them is pretty far removed from RM, review boards & discussion forums, as you may or may not be able to imagine. -

This is really not true at all... sorry to contradict you but maybe it will come as good news to you if you can believe me. Escorting doesn’t last forever because escorts burn out. There’s no such thing as “past your prime” in escorting (unless it’s because you’re jaded/traumatised/burnt-out). Lots of clients PREFER an escort closer to their own age. LOTS. And the escorts who I know in their 40’s-50’s who market themselves well DO well... Reinventing yourself as your appearance and maturity level advances isn’t “stalling the process”. It makes sense to tailor your marketing to the clients you want to attract, and continuously shaping and adjusting marketing is something that any escort interested in sustainability and longevity should always be doing. If you would feel weird being an escort in your 40’s I think that’s due to your own ideas and prejudices about escorting... I know tons of successful escorts in their 40’s and there is NOTHING weird about it. Most of them don’t even have to advertise anymore because they have 10-15 faithful regular clients who take them on trips and spend weekends and provide more than enough for a full-time income without them needing to add any new clients. When you get older the game does change- from what I hear your clients get more loyal and spend more at once. Less one hour BFEs, more weekend trips and overnights. Less one-offs and more regulars. Honestly from what older escorts tell me it sounds dreamy. Can’t wait... Meanwhile my gender transition has set me back an entire ten years in appearance and has me wondering if I should be advertising as 18 instead of 28... -
Ok, first of all, I don’t offer one hour sessions, but my internal clock begins the moment I press you up against the wall and kiss you... that’s not as exploitable as you might think tho- I am QUICK on the draw for that first kiss!!

What do escorts do after retiring?
FTM Zachary Prince replied to Walker1's topic in Questions About Hiring
There are probably almost as many answers to this as there are escorts... I personally don’t plan to retire... ready to fuck 4 cash until the end -
The connotations in the phrasing of the question in the OP are offensive, period. The phrasing reveals the client’s prejudice that only stupid people are escorts. It shows that he has a low opinion of the companions he hires in general. And they usually ask a question like this AFTER we’ve had sex. AFTER we’ve been physically, emotionally, and intellectually intimate. So as an escort, it’s incredibly awkward to suddenly realise that we are in bed with someone who doesn’t respect people in our profession (enough to be surprised by our intelligence). And degrading, really, if you think about it. I don’t feel dirty or devalued getting paid for sex, but I sure have negative feelings about fucking someone who doesn’t even respect me enough to consider that I might be an intelligent, talented human being and STILL choose to escort... Honestly if someone asks this question phrased in this way then any chance of real chemistry we have is ruined. Please note: I don’t feel this way about clients asking WHY I escort in general, how I got into the industry, or any other related question. But expressing surprise that an escort is intelligent or a well-rounded human being and still chooses this career is wrong. I was one of those kids who read the extra (unassigned) sections in my textbooks, asked teachers advanced questions out of curiosity (which they often couldn’t even answer), got 98-100% on my exams without studying, and tutored my classmates on sections of subjects that teachers seemed unable to explain clearly. I grew up with everyone in my life declaring proudly that I was smart and talented enough to do anything I wanted when I grew up. And I did! Just probably in the last way they might have expected...

Ever gotten a meeting off twitter?
FTM Zachary Prince replied to + Lefty82's topic in Questions About Hiring
Just curious if you have any particular strategy with Instagram? I’ve always heard that it can be good for escorts to have a profile, but I’ve also stayed away because it seems like they delete accounts for adult content. Do you just pose as a “normal guy” and then when random people DM you, you mention that you’re an escort? Or is your profile explicit about that? -
I need an escorts help in NYC!
FTM Zachary Prince replied to toddoles's topic in Questions About Hiring
If you’re into / open to FTMs, I’m a very patient and talented top who is excellent with newbies to bottoming... and my dicks come in almost every size! http://FTM4RENT.com You can also check out Daddy’s Reviews to read some client feedback about escorts in NYC whose photos you like on RentMen- perhaps you’ll find some clues there about whose style might be just right for you. -
I’m turning into more and more of a top the longer I take Testosterone so if it’s my “bonus hole” you want then you may want to act quick! (Oddly taking Testosterone turned several of my FTM friends into power bottoms, so I was expecting it might do the same thing to me but alas... seems not... or maybe not yet?? )

Okayyyy well there’s some context I didn’t have. But I don’t think it makes him any more “nuts” than the rich guys who hire him. Anyway do you have any experience with servicing multimillionaires in an intimate manner? Quite frankly, MOST of them can be considered “nuts” if you really pick apart their social and political views. People who can afford to pay these kinds of rates are often very eccentric. And you know how sexual attraction is. I seriously doubt his ‘weirdness’ would stop someone who was obsessed with him (he’s a porn star right?) and has so much money that the fee is nothing to them. I don’t condone outing clients unless they are seriously dangerous/violent, but that’s also pretty easy for a potential client to remain unaware of when booking. I can see why you’d mention it as a relevant concern about him tho. $2,500 per hour, $10K for an overnight, $20K for a weekend. It’s definitely on the high side, but nothing I haven’t seen plenty of high-end female escorts charging. And if some straight/bisexual rich clients are willing to pay that much then I’m very sure that some gay/bisexual clients are too. Human nature is human nature. Some people who have a lot of money prefer to stick to Veblen goods & services... doesn’t matter if they’re gay or straight & doesn’t matter if cheaper, high quality options are available. I don’t need to test his business model because mine already works. But I’ve been paid $10,000 for two hours before. Those clients do exist. I just have no desire to narrow my client base exclusively to those clients. I’m so unique that those clients tend to find me anyway. And obviously they’re much rarer than the clients who are able to pay my published rates. Since I’m a FULL TIME sex worker I prefer a steady client base. If I had a different full time job and suddenly desired to see very few clients per year, you BET I’d have rates like his. But I love being a full time sex worker, so...
-
Aw shucks you’re making me blush... Experience is a good teacher.
-
PPS. What’s the point in stirring so much drama over his rate and commenting negatively on his looks? Is it to discourage other escorts from daring to think they could ever charge the same? His business model is obviously working or he wouldn’t still be advertising... Why not focus your energy on escorts who are within your price range who you find attractive instead? That said, I’ve had threads started about ME where everyone discusses how overpriced and disgustingly unattractive I am, and it DIRECTLY lead to clients finding out about me and booking me, so I shouldn’t really tell you to stop. You probably ARE driving traffic to his ad so... enjoy yourselves I guess...
-
PS. RentMen is way way cheaper than $100 a month if you buy a year’s worth at a time. Which is easy to do if your rate is high and you’re the type of person who covers your business expenses before anything else.
-
I can’t even see this guy’s price, but I assure you that there are clients who are comfortable in ANY rate range an escort chooses. A lot of the clients who prefer to pay more than average do not even consider hiring companions who charge average rates. For a lot of the same reasons that the kind of men who wear $20K watches do not even consider wearing a watch that costs $200. Is the $20K watch really “better” than the $200 watch? IDK but there’s a market for both of them. This guy surely still has an ad running because someone is paying what he’s charging, even if it’s not many. I wouldn’t judge by his lack of reviews if I were you. I know from experience that the majority of clients who choose to hire escorts that charge above average rates don’t write reviews.

Ever gotten a meeting off twitter?
FTM Zachary Prince replied to + Lefty82's topic in Questions About Hiring
Probably. My guess is that if you started creating regular Twitter content especially to advertise your escort offering specifically, and got other escorts to retweet that content regularly (getting it in front of the eyes of more escort clients vs porn clients), that you would see more conversions. Or maybe you’ve already tried that but if you’re seeing a disconnect than that would be my suggestion to resolve it. Find a way to project enough depth of character into your Twitter profile that people viewing it can understand the connection and also the differences between the way you perform in porn and the way you connect with people one on one. If the relationship between the two isn’t obvious, maybe your Twitter fans have a hard time seeing themselves taking the next step toward meeting you IRL... -

I don’t really accept booking inquiries by new clients via Twitter DM, but I’ve had several new clients contact me via Twitter DM first before eventually booking via email. I’ve also had at least a couple of big international clients find me from my Twitter posts which lead them to my personal website, from which they booked. The biggest impact of Twitter for me is client retention tho. My regular clients like to keep up with me on Twitter, and I DO allow my regulars to make appointments via Twitter DM. I find that it keeps me on their minds and makes it easy for them to reach out to me for another meeting since it keeps us in touch a bit between them. Twitter is a really great form of advertising because it’s free. I paid consulting fees to a couple other escorts who were successfully converting a large Twitter following into consistent bookings to learn their strategies and found that I saw good results too. I wouldn’t say the bookings are consistent for me, but I definitely do get enough of them for posting to Twitter almost daily to seem worth my while. -
I second the advice to book an extended date. Consider something that's part social and part sexual too. It's a guaranteed thing and might help you build the experience and confidence to transition from social settings to sexual settings in your personal life too moving forward. Plus it will probably help calm your nervousness and feel more natural.

How to have clients who'd like to travel?
FTM Zachary Prince replied to Keltankan's topic in Questions About Hiring
Get creative and intentional with your marketing if you want those clients. Standard rentboy-style marketing is going to attract clients who want the standard one hour gig. Add depth to your marketing's personality and advertise in unconventional ways and places to attract the big spenders. The guys looking at RentMen are too often going to have the types of attitudes that you see reflected in this thread about either not wanting to pay your desired rate for extended travel when they could fly someone in from a third world country instead OR are going to want to spend a lot of time getting to know you first. Because most guys who look at RentMen "play the field". They have a lot of options and they have invested their personal time in researching and learning about them. Some of them might still be fine with paying your rates to hire you to travel without a lot of smaller sessions first, but mostly not. In unconventional places where you might choose to advertise, you will find more clients who are unfamiliar with the rentboy scene, the standard rates, and the shopping around. And if you choose those places wisely, yes some of those men will easily be able to afford your travel rates for multiday trips. If there is sufficient DEPTH OF PERSONALITY displayed in your advertising, a client can get a strong sense before meeting you that you have mutual interests, mutual sense of humour, and other matching characteristics that will make spending an extended time together a breeze. I get tons of extended dates booked right off the bat because certain clients see my marketing and get the overwhelming feeling that I'm who they've always been looking for. When your marketing is THAT emotionally impactful, versus just turning someone on sexually, extended dates become natural. For example I offered one hour bookings on my last tour and I received ZERO of them. Literally everyone booked 2-3 hours or more. Video, interviews, photos of you fully clothed in public places doing activities you love... these all help I've noticed. Personally I also think that PROFESSIONAL photos and video are important here. Guys who are ready to drop $5K on your companionship fees for a vacation tend to like to see a little bit of professionalism in your marketing I've found. Which means a professional website is probably a good idea too. Where can you advertise that's unconventional? Well figuring that out is half the game!! Social media is a good example of one form of advertising with a wide-reaching audience. I've gotten multiple international clients who have booked me for multi-day trips and made me $20-30K each over time, both from posting #hairyarmpit tagged photos on Twitter repeatedly. The audience for social media is international and you never know who might be looking... -
Does Trust in Clients Grow?
FTM Zachary Prince replied to LaffingBear's topic in Questions About Hiring
On an emotional level, trust and comfort definitely does grow with regulars. I relax into something that more closely resembles my true personality with my regulars, something that I might be more hesitant to slip into on a first encounter. It depends on the chemistry of course how fast that happens. As a FTM who previously escorted "as a woman", I was also in the pretty intense and unique circumstance of performing as a gender that I did not identify with for clients until very recently. This probably added to my need to have more of a shield up with clients initially as I performed femininity to what I assumed would be acceptable standards. Surprisingly for me, most of my regular clients continued to see me after I announced my transition. I guess my real personality is more masculine/androgynous and my regulars understood that from interacting with me in a more open and realistic way. So it probably shouldnt have surprised me that so many of them were OK with me being FTM. But it still did. I'm very lucky tho for that. I may have the baby face of an innocent teen, but I've been in the industry for long enough to hear a LOT of stories from fellow workers. And to have had some interesting experiences myself. And unfortunately, sometimes regulars seriously SCREW us over. Even regulars who we genuinely liked and trusted. And particularly when boundaries get loosened. I've heard of it happening or had it happen to me enough times that even with regular clients certain boundaries are retained. Emotional, yes, but especially procedural. I've had long-standing regulars get irritated that I'm so particular about my payment policies and protecting my legal identity, even after we have known each other for so long. Sadly, I've just heard too many horror stories of good clients gone bad. Clients behave weirdly in this industry sometimes, but it hurts a lot more when ANYONE who you've already built trust with violates your boundaries. So there are just certain boundaries that I don't take any chances with, and I hope my regulars can avoid taking those boundaries personally. I am never gonna leave my ID with my legal name sitting casually out on the table because I don't care if a client sees it. It's more about me than about not trusting this particular regular. So TLDR: yes trust in clients does grow on an emotional level, but procedural and privacy boundaries are generally maintained to avoid the possibility of future betrayal and heartbreak. It may be rare coming from a regular but sadly it does happen so don't take it personally because it's just a form of self-protection in an industry where the level of respect that our clients have for us varies... widely.
