You’re assuming that all exsisting clients will be needing to pay more, false. Anytime I have raised my rates (several times) I always leave my exsisting clients at their original rate. New clients will pay the new rate. That’s standard business practice in the service industry. I also entirely disagree with you. Fewer platforms means fewer readers? That isn’t true at all. If anything it will be bringing us MORE traffic to RentMen because everyone will need somewhere to go... and also yes, most people don’t get a 30% raise because MOST PEOPLE ARENT SELLING THEIR BODIES FOR MONEY !!! Or some nicer clothing and look more high end. You’d be surprised how many people only want to look at the dancers... they’d rather go home with someone they THINK isn’t doing this every night lol. I’ve made more money working strip bars than I actually did when I was dancing, and i didn’t have to be there all night either. When you’re in a busier environment like this however you have to be more aggressive and approach the clients yourself usually.

Wow I’m so disappointed by the lack of optimism in our community. This really saddens me. I have been in all areas of the industry. I have been in survival sex work, homeless and sleeping in a car. I have also built myself and my business to where I am now, because I am optimistic and believe in myself. Removing limiting beliefs will help people see that there will be always be solutions to every problem. Do you know how many curious married men hang out at those places?? I have met CEO’s and VIP clients. It’s about learning the clientele. Search when conferences are happening in the area, and asses what type of men will be going to those conferences. Then determine what hotels they may be staying at. New money is printed daily and there is more than enough for everyone to make some. So yes, if they don’t believe in themselves as a provider and go into that environment thinking they won’t make money... then they’re right! But if theyvgo in there with the attitude that their client is already there waiting for them, they just have to meet him... they almost always will get paid.

FYI spankchain is offering a $250,000 cash reward for any hard evidence of any politicians behind this bill engaging in escort services. They have promised to keep the identity of the provider anonymous and have a legal team assisting them with this.

This letter is in regards to the Rate Raise Movement of 2018 #RaiseTheRate2018. You may be aware of the effects FOSTA/SESTA has had on your business and peace of mind. I am requesting on the behalf of the entire adult industry and especially to providers in our city to raise your rate by at least $100 by May 1st.
 
 
 
This one act when done in unison by all providers across the country will bring higher quality clients, making your work environment safer AND more profitable. This is only possible if everyone does it. We must stand together in unison as sex-workers. Several years ago, $500 was considered to be low end for a providers hourly rate. The cost of living has gone up and the amount of providers has doubled in the recent years, driving prices down. This is NOT sustainable and will ultimately leave the industry in ruins. Now, with the limitations of FOSTA, finding safe clientele will be increasingly difficult. A universal rate raise is this only way to ensure survival at this point. The time to takeaction is NOW.
 
 
 
Here are some tips to help justify your price raise:
 
 
● Update your photos with higher quality images. If you don’t have immediate funds for this, go tomodelmayhem.com. Find a photographer that will do a trade shoot with you. That means they take your photos for free but can use the images forwhatever purpose they want.
 
● Consider revamping your website to showcaseyour personality including a blog.
 
● Replace your 1 hour option with a 90 minuteminimum.

● Work on self-care to boost your confidence level. Not only is it good for your mental and physical

And this is prime example of why I wanted to avoid posting this publicly. This is a time where the strong will rise and the weak will fall, unfortunately. I already charge 400/hr outcall and have zero problems. In fact I have done only one single hour appointment in March. I was booked for 5 figures last week, and I have made an extremely large amount in one night off 2 clients working the super bowl. I’m not saying this to brag, but to prove that when you believe in yourself and the quality of your experience anything is possible. If you do not hire me because of my rates, the you aren’t the client for me. I think providers should raise their rates, because their ARE people willing to pay that price. Of course all my past clients will be grandfathered in at their current rates, but as far as new clients go... the circumstances leave us few to no other options. M4RN just got shut down and we have only a few platforms left to advertise on (which could also be going away soon).

Necessity is the mother of invention.
 
I'm wondering if the agency business model will make a comeback. Or, providers organize, and clients are recommended to other providers.

My favorite clients to do business with are respectful clients. Clients who are on time. Clients who do not ask for bareback repeatedly, because one ‘no’ should be enough. Clients who do not try to take the condom off when they think you’re not looking. Clients who do not open closed doors in my home without permission. Clients who use proper greeting/introduction when contacting me. Clients who do not make racist or other ignorant uneducated comments based on opinion. Clients who genuinely care about me. Clients who ask me what they can provide for our time together (I.e, drinks, snacks, etc.) and most importantly, clients who are just simply good energy to be around!

Being a native west-coaster myself, I don’t see why you would ever want to leave LA! Haha.
 
However, I had to get up and leave my home town too. I needed change. It was probably the hardest thing I ever did but it built so much character and I’m so proud of myself for where I am now!! So many people told me I was crazy or wouldn’t be able to do it but I did and I was blessed in return for following my heart.
 
Realistically NYC is super expensive (+cold ew) and it DOES take time to build your regular clientele. If you’re wanting to make the transition smooth and comfortable, then there’s plenty of great advice here for you. My advice would be if you truly feel deep down you are capable, then sit down and ask yourself how bad you want it? Are you willing to do whatever it takes to survive out there? If the answer is yes, then I say go for it. If you don’t limit yourself with doubt and disbelief the universe will always be on your side working in your favor. I truly believe that.

I’m sorry, but you can’t take a dictionary definition of a “pimp” and take it for fact. Especially when you have no knowledge on THE GAME. That book was written by a bunch of squares who I’m sure have no game knowledge either. That definition defines an agent, or a manager.. not a pimp at all.
 
Like I previously said I’ve encountered many pimps. One almost costing me my life. I live in Houston where about 7/10 of the strippers and working girls are pimped. These men manipulate, control, physically & mentally abuse these sex workers. There’s no taking “part of” their earnings... these escorts often times don’t even have 100$ to their name while the pimp is holding on to tens of thousands. They have to ask for money for anything. Food, get their nails done, and if they want to go shopping they better work harder!! You’re out working 7 days a week. You don’t have calls? You sit a hotel bar working all night or if you’re in Vegas those girls are out working the casinos 12 hours a day looking for a nice watch to steal and pawn off to impress their P. Pimps are brainwashers. They find you when you’re weak, heartbroken, flat broke and in a sticky situation... they offer you a helping hand and appear as a “friend” to help get you back on your feet and you owe them in return. But when do you stop oweing them? That’s where they get you. YOU DONT! You want to leave? Not with out getting your ass beat before you’re thrown out on the street again with nothing. They get so stuck in these situations its pretty much easier for them to believe all the lies and stay. I mean, he takes care of the bills and they get some nice designer things here and there.. so it’s all good right? These men are master manipulators and 100% pure evil. Pimps do no real work, and never have done real work.. they just finesse hoes out of their money just like the hoes finesse tricks out of money.

Having your friends beaten unconscious until they’re bleeding out of their ears (they had a concussion and were still forced to work the next day). You still find your own clients and do all of the work you were doing before and NOW you’re giving it all away.
 
A manager is posting your ads, finding your clients, keeping you organized, and charging a small fee in exchange. They’re actually working FOR YOU. You can fire them and move on at any time. Let’s not forget to mention YOU choose when you work. No one is forcing you to be on the clock or out looking for work.
