Full transparency (while posting under a disguised username) I’m a lover of massage and my partner doesn’t know it. Other than an occasional massage, I am otherwise faithful. 
 
I am incredibly concerned about monkey pox transmission from massage. I’ve always felt that I was “cheating” safely by only having touch (no oral no anal) but now that may be thrown out the window. 
 
 

Bumping this. I guess it’s easier to make light of the issue than to confront it. But I’m definitely worried. There aren’t any real resources in regards to information, vaccinations, and treatment options. I’ve been holding back on going to see even my regulars in fear of possible consequences. From what I’ve read, cases continue to rise and mode of transmission doesn’t even need to be sexual. 

I reached out to Azziz to schedule an appointment and we agreed to meet this weekend. He texts a day before to confirm the appointment and says "You know I charge $200 an hour right?" So I reply "that's bait & switch - you list $150 on your MF profile and you need to update your rates" to which he goes "I am not interested." Told him good bye. Thanks to the mixed feedback I received on his kneading skills from a user on this thread, I know that he is definitely not worth $200/hr even with all the extras. Love this forum for saving me money and precious time!

I had a massage with Aziz and it was actually pretty good, but he so rude the entire time. I haven't been back to see him. 
I really wonder what his type is because I know at least two other people who have seen him (both young and in shape) and still no dice. Has anyone had any luck with HE at Deluca or Unwind? Feel free to PM me

Update: I visited Isaac in DC recently, since he had moved closer to me from where I saw him the first time and his Imgur posts (now deleted) clearly showed the proteins on the menu. He was non-committal on the extras but said anything was possible if we got along. Red flags, I know, but I subscribe to YMMV. He’s still very weird. Still not a good massage ... or a massage at all for that matter. More like a trigger point poking. His place is a mess and smells like bropourri. No interaction, which I view as dodging a bullet. Never. Again.

I tried him a 2nd time, it isn't even basic erotic. Rub & tug is now just a tug. While he taps on his cellular.

None. I wasn’t able to book him last time he was here either. Said something about wanting to get back to gym first. Oh, well.

Why even flirt in the first place? Telling a man your massage is “strictly therapeutic” then flirting with him, is sending a mixed message. Are they selling a service? Or selling hope and anticipation? ???

Tactics to bring in the customers that might otherwise had passed our booth by. It's the business way.” I think your scenario are a bit of “apples and oranges” here. The difference is that at those conferences, there was no direct expectation of a sexual/sensorial act occurring because your line of business didn’t involve that. With the areas of massage, the range is wide (sports, therapeutic, tantric, etc.) so to reel in customers with sex appeal, or attraction is misleading. I will personally tell you that I get sports/therapeutic massages from a 65-70 year old man, who is constantly booked, and does amazing work, from all types of clients. Males and females of all walks of life patronize him. He doesn’t need to target a demographic with what he thinks will “reel them in”. He doesn’t need to allude to any type of service other than what he provides. In the world of massage, all you have to do is be good at it in order to grow your business. Nothing more, nothing less. When I want a masssage that teeters (and crosses), the realm of sensuality and eroticism, I know exactly who to go to, for that....??
 
3.) The fact that Ivo and Ian have to “clarify” their boundaries is a clear indication that their advertising is misleading. No man in his right mind would go into a traditional, therapeutic spa and ask if the massage therapist will be butt naked and will they play with their butt, balls and schlong.... These guys get this questioning because the methods and location of their advertising alludes to “something more”. They know this, and it’s deceptive.
 
They should run their businesses based on integrity, and skill.... not innuendo and sex appeal.

Picture still reasonably accurate. But Petar at Revive is better looking. Both therapeutic.

Took the plunge and also recommend. Thai massage is different, mostly assisted stretches, but doing it with a very hot, fit partner is very enjoyable in the end. Lots of body contact -- and his body is toned-yoga-amazing. I left very, very happy.

Great therapeutic guy. Used to be called Christos.

Just finished a 90 min relaxing massage with Christos. Overall, high marks in every category. He’s a good communicator (tho Greek really is his first language), personable, funny, direct, and legitimately trained. He’s handsome by anyone’s definition (hot by most), in great lean shape, and incorporates stretching in the massage. Be clear on what elements you’d like to incorporate (as the price varies) and you will have a wonderful massage.

Ahhh, Luiz. Glad to see that he has returned to private practice. Really good therapist, super nice and funny guy, and - as noted - hot. I haven’t seen him since the new MF ad went up, but would encourage anyone interested to give him a try.

He is the default MALE THERAPIST weekday afternoons starting at 5 if you want to book online.

He’s been around a while. Cute. In good shape. Can’t find anything here under his MF# or search strings. Anyone?

Can we get ‘good guys’ first? They exist. I’ve seen some. In the recent past, we get the Eastern European do-it-yourself-ers or the skill-less poseurs.

Agreed!! This is why forums like this are so important!! The scammers and brigade of fraudulent masseurs need to be exposed and put out of business, so they can make room for the good guys ☺️??

UPDATE based on recent experience: I believe the post I quoted is very generous. I went for the more therapeutic end of the spectrum... No. Just don’t. Couldn’t leave fast enough. I was rushing and didn’t do my due diligence.
