That is 100 percent him and the picture are current (if you consider this year current). He definitely has a swimmer/surfer body. I thoroughly enjoyed it. With all due respect, I have met him and I know that is him. I even asked him about it and jokingly stared at him to make sure it was him as I did question him about it in the beginning. I joked with him I would run away if it was not him as I got there before he got home so I was waiting in front of his apartment when he got home a few minutes later.
