The nonsense being many of the messages and texts being sent out, with many of them not leading to an appointment. And it seems from looking thru my messages, RentMasseur is leading the race in having the most amount of guys who try to book, but then never end up having the time to make anything happen. I think I may try letting my ad expire for awhile and see if it cuts down on it, because most of the flakes seem to be coming from that site versus Rentmen.

No. Ive never of that with an agent. Every now and then the provider will pay the agent the %. Paying up front is a uniquely US trick.
