I cancelled my appointment with a well-reviewed and respected member of this forum. He seldom came to my city and I’ve been looking forward to meeting him for a long time. But the week of my appointment, things began escalating with this coronavirus. I told him I trusted him, but I did not trust the clients he had met prior to our booked meeting.

That’s what made me laugh about his suggestion! There would be some “fluid exchange” during the session that the mask could not stop. ? ? ? Besides, I have yet to find a mask with a glory hole. ?

What I was trying to say is that keeping a record of clients doesn’t mean the provider cannot keep such information confidential. But I realized that if a provider gets in trouble with the law, the records he kept may become public.

Doctors keep records of their patients but they are bound by doctor-patient confidentiality. Won’t the same principle apply to providers who want to keep a record of their clients?
