I am curious - did you give him an indication of your preferred position? Had you indicated that you wish to bottom there would be no need for him to do a deep clean. So you changed the agreed meeting parameters, in other words. Had you indicated that you are verse or top he certainly should have been ready... To your question, as a customer, I would let it go. By the way, when I do a deep clean, I usually need more than 15 minutes... not just for the initial cleaning but to ensure that residual moisture gets absorbed etc. So I guess I would say that if he did indeed do a good job of the cleaning, 15 minutes is actually not long to wait. ?
