I read about a study in India some years ago that indicated that the immune response for those that receive two shots (teenagers) or three shots (adults) was superior to those that only received 1 shot. The study was done in India as the shots are expensive for those in developing countries and they wanted scientific evidence. Sticking to the schedule approved by the CDC was shown to result in greater protection over a longer period of time. Australia conducted a similar study and had similar results from what I recall: one shot provides protection/immune response but protection will not be as effective on all strains or last as long. “Lacks persistency” was the exact conclusion. To answer your question: no vaccine can protect you 100% even if you stick to the 3 shot schedule. But if you want maximum protection you should stick to the 3 shot schedule. Caveat: I am not a medical professional, just a geek that reads a lot. Do consult a medical professional on what is best for your health. I am curious - did you give him an indication of your preferred position? Had you indicated that you wish to bottom there would be no need for him to do a deep clean. So you changed the agreed meeting parameters, in other words. Had you indicated that you are verse or top he certainly should have been ready... To your question, as a customer, I would let it go. By the way, when I do a deep clean, I usually need more than 15 minutes... not just for the initial cleaning but to ensure that residual moisture gets absorbed etc. So I guess I would say that if he did indeed do a good job of the cleaning, 15 minutes is actually not long to wait. ?
