He unblocked me today just to yell at me more lol. Ended up just blocking him... Maybe it's because I just finished watching Dahmer on Netflix, but my intuition said stay far away from him... Last thing I want to be is naked on a table in a room with him.

Good to hear. Maybe i'll go back. I went once and the kid who was working on my back started asking for "big tip" during the middle of the massage. It really takes me out of the mood when that happens.

I totally understand the circumstances and hope the OP seeks the medical care that he needs. My PEP experience was a little different. I had a needle stick injury while in med school involving a patient with opportunistic infections and super low CD4 that had never been diagnosed nor treated and I ended up having to take the 3 drug cocktail. Indinavir made me throw up three times a day, but I’m glad I stuck with PEP. I hope the OP comes back and let us know he is ok.

I think in the moment things can escalate quickly beyond boundaries you set for yourself, especially if you are inexperienced.

I let my hands fall on the side, and, when within reach, I gently touch their shins. As long as they do not withdraw, I touch higher and higher, with more and more confidence, but always slowly and giving them time to withdraw before the next move. Russian baths has men-only times on Thursdays and Sundays. It can get very busy, to the point where guys are packed like sardines in the steam rooms/the sauna. The staff doesn't just walk around...they sometimes sit in the sauna/steam room too. So while there's play to be had if you want it, you have to be very careful.
 
P.S. - You can't always walk around naked because staff will likely tell you to cover up if they catch you. So not the best spot if you're looking to show off.
