My two cents (as a client, not a provider) for the OP….
I organized quite a few such events/parties over the years. (I assume you’re essentially having a small group for a sex party, and not seeking another guy  for a 3some where you split the cost of a provider’s time).
You need to ensure you have a good mix of hobbyists, ie nice guys who will play well together and be unselfish, with a mix of skills in bed. Then you need to find providers with a complementary set of skills to mesh with you and the other men.

He’s been around forever—20 years at least. In and out of the business numerous times, although not recently. Never tempted. There were threads on him back in his heyday, but probably gone now.

Depends on how good and experienced the top is, which position(s) and if we are switching positions frequently to maintain interest and avoid fatigue on both sides of the equation. Regular reapplication of lube helps, and silicone lasts longer between applications.
