I’ve had success on Grindr being Gen. It does work. Takes work. Can be hit or miss. It’s like fishing. Patience is key. It was much easier before they started cracking down on the App. They took all of the fun out of it.

The new version is a lot like Hunqz. I am growing to like it. E.g. you can see providers that fit your search criteria on one big page that you can scroll down. Pretty cool. Also, when I searched “Milan” or “Paris” it gives you the option to search nearby and it keeps going out by distance. Also cool.

Yes through my 401k - also a long term hold. It is said that wealth is made in bear markets like now. You cannot time the bottom. But you just buy a little every paycheck and hold. -
