I know there had been some prior discussion regarding nearby dispensaries - I was in PS last week with a client and he stopped by one that is very near to most of the resorts and is literally next door to the Toolshed Bar (which incidentally has a great underwear night on Thursdays for anyone who will already be in town). He was very happy with the selection and pricing (the dispensary also offered happy hour twice a day).

And to clarify what I mean by "great underwear night," I mean the type where you just might see two studs chatting, one of them in a jockstrap with his juicy ass turned around for all to see. The type where, if you're feeling adventurous, you might briefly interrupt their flirting to ask if you can eat him out while they keep talking. And if you're lucky, he just might say "yes."

Learning a new recipe to be more inclusive of a few of us and taking all the work of preparing them and carrying them and the equipment to fry them, willing to expand a tradition and leave your comfort zone, they all are wonderful acts that speak loudly of your character. I will devour them.

Lovendino & I were going to resort hop (CC & INNdulge) and maybe go to SpurLine.

There is no organized activities though it is likely that people are getting together. You will meet people at the pol and things will kind of develop. There seems to be something going on in PS every night so it may just be a matter of looking around. Of course you may just enjoy sitting around the pool talking to people over cock tails.

I've started preparing the marinades and sauces. I'll really get serious starting on Monday doing the prep work for the various food items. Don't set your expectations too high for the empanadas this is the first time I've made them and they just might be awful. They're frozen now and I'm bringing my deep fryer with me and will thaw them prior to frying them.

All right, all of you are too much fun, so I'm taking the plunge. I've just booked four nights at the Canyon Club and even if I'm too late with my convo to Oliver to be part of the "formal festivities", I'm looking forward to being part of this weekend in whatever way I can. It all sounds like too good of a time to miss and by mid-April, I'm going to need a few nights away more than you can imagine. It may or may not be the craziest thing I do all year, but at least it's a start. Looking forward to it.

I like the 500-hour rule. I am at 472!

504 hours give or take depending on your exact arrival day and time. 168 hours a week 3 weeks to go. I think one can officially start counting hours when they get to 500 Since I am landing earlier in the day, despite the 3 hour time difference I am at 498.

All of us came to this forum as strangers. Some of us have becomes acquaintances, others friends. Whatever your comfort level is at this time should be the level you seek. On the other hand, we are all just a bunch of guys, many older, most able to afford enough to pay for a hot time with a hot guy. Most of us are horny, depraved, scarred, thoughtful, lonely, shy, adventurous and did I mention horny. We are just like you and nothing like you, but if you decide to attend, you will be made to feel welcome and you will have a few drinks, a few laughts, a few eggs. You will see the sights of Palm Springs, a bunch of hot men in and out a bathing suits and I guarantee you will see and do something you would not expect you would do. It is a weekend that will expand your horizons and perhaps give you better understanding of who you are. I hope you decide to attend, but if you do not, there will be some point in the weekend that an attendee will raise his glass while grabbing the ass of a hot man standing next to him and he will offer a toast to those who did not attend and those who could not attend. A group of men that could be the Elk's Club of a small town will raise their glasses and drink to you and the others. Odds are, at least at that time, we will be having a lot more fun than those we toast.

I was asked in a PM what PS weekend is like and I decided that this song kind of sets the tone. Dolly Parton, fabulous dresses, some young hot guys and there is nothing dirty going on.
