I too went and saw Max but have to be honest that although I left feeling relaxed, it wasn’t the best massage. I can totally agree with the previous posts here about this light touch and circular motions as i was looking for a deep tissue massage.
overall, the space is nice and big and clean. I would go back but would try someone else. if you leave a review they give you a discount too! I was told to come back and try out other guys lol

I prefer evenings. I'm generally so relaxed afterwards that I'm not good for much else for a while. I schedule my dentist appointments late in the day too, not because I'm relaxed after, but I've been surprised before by having to do more dental work than I expected, and if that happens I'd rather just go home & wallow in pity rather than go back to work.

anyone been to time square men’s spa lately? thinking of going and curious if anyone’s tried someone other than Adam. I’ve only been seeing him but curious if there are any newbies that are just as hot and provides a great massage.

Anyone else having a hard time getting to a spa because of the WFH world we live in? I used to be able to say I was “working late” or maybe head out for a long lunch but now I’m tethered at home with my spouse and I can’t get an excuse to sneak away to a spa. Man do I need one.

I dont think “greedy” is the right term. businesses are struggling overall. I was just there earlier this week and had a great time with Adam. you have to understand the volume of customers has dramatically dropped within the past year and it’s surprising they’re still up and running. tbh I don’t blame them for asking for more tip considering what they’re doing outside of the standard massage.

for those who misinterpreted, I was offering to give a massage. I dont have any reccs other than the ones i’ve already posted in the past since I haven't been to a spa post-covid.

I didnt think this would get as much attention but it was just a joke but now i’m wondering if I should offer my services lol

this forum is to give reccs on spas, but for those curious, inquire within and DM me. ?

With the shake up of employees at some places as they've opened, was wondering if any of the new guys have been old/chubby?

this is really unfortunate as this was the only place other than shangrila that i’ve gone to this year but since hearing about the cameras (which i’ve honestly tried looking behind mirrors a few times) has really rubbed me the wrong way.

Because I’m a late-night worker, I usually go earlier in the day around noonish (most of the spas open about 11:00-11:30). This has worked well for me in terms of massage quality—the masseur is fresh and not tired yet and with so few other customers that early, he tends to take a few more awesome, ahem, liberties. The only downside is that most of the “in demand” masseurs mentioned in this thread seem to never be available until the afternoon.

I went once at night, before closing, to Greenhouse. I was a tad tipsy after leaving the bar and was the very last client. We had the place to ourselves and the experience was quite memorable. The masseur was George.

I went once to Babylon very early in the morning, immediately after working all night, around 8am (Babylon Is an exception as they’re open 24/7!) and that was friggin’ amazing! The Masseur’s name honestly escapes me—I think it was Jasper or Jessie or something like that. Slim, 30ish attractive and VERY skilled Thai guy (who, the entire time, I thought was Central or South American until I asked).

If it’s during the weekend, my times are random and the experiences more hit or miss.

As with all of this, your mileage may vary.

I recently went to the Times Square Men’s Spa as a walk in and got Adam. I can confirm he is classically Asian but has what sounds like a deep Russian accent when he speaks. The massage was great as I actually had some knots on my back that he helped relieve. the ending was great too but the moment was ruined when he suggested a tip range and asked if I could agree to
it before finishing. I have no problem tipping generously but it was slightly annoying.

Depends who you got. A couple of boys at 27 won’t give you an HE, which pissed me off a bit.
Ask for Chris or Ryan for a higher chance.
In general in any spa, when the masseur puts his body within touching distance of your hands, that is the signal he is open to it. Touch him lightly. Get hard. Keep touching a bit more and more until you are both happy. Always be respectful: if ever he moves away, that means he wasn’t up for what you tried to do.

long time reader, new poster. I think I’m ready to try a spa! Can someone PM me on how to get a massage to end like you want? Is their etiquette? Or a sign to show what you are interested in?

FYI, if you like a smaller guy who can still pack a punch, Jasper at Babylon may fit your bill. Had a really nice massage with him.
