Many, many guys in porn (and escorting) don't realize that sunshine is not your friend in large amounts, especially as you age. You cannot reverse the loss of collagen levels and expect your skin to not look like a Birkin 35 knockoff.

One less fun but important thing to remember: Skin cancer can be very disfiguring. If you are fair skinned or have a family history of skin cancer or both, use effective sunscreens and a hat with a 3 inch brim at least. Get annual skin exams, but also know what to look for yourself. If a “pimple” doesn’t resolve within months, have it checked out. The earlier you catch it, the better you’ll look.

Got the flu shot yesterday. I've gotten a flu shot every year for as far back as I can remember, and yesterday is the first time that I've had a really bad reaction. It gave me the works: severe back pain, nausea, vomiting, and weakness. I'm taking comfort in knowing that I have some protection and that my reaction is not uncommon. But if it’s only yours in the bed you can go a week or so if most of your skin is exposed. Listen to your nose.
