My rule of thumb is if it cost more then $50 to travel back and fourth it isn’t worth my time. Granted I don’t escort I just do massage on a part time basis . I get many clients requesting to travel to NJ which I am to busy with my other business to travel 2 hours.
 
If I have a new client that wants a Outcall That I have to Uber to I will discount the cost that he ubered. It’s a great way for me to weed out fake clients.

Then I think you’re hiring the wrong people by looking at masseur ads. Avoid the disappointment by hiring escorts instead.
