I'm guilty of doing that. I leave 5-stars on RM regardless of whether I had a so-so experience or an amazing one. I know that makes my review useless, but I would feel bad if I left fewer than 5 stars. If it was not a good experience, then I don't leave a star rating at all.

I think the human body is designed to burn fat for energy instead of carbs. The keto diet is very difficult to stick with though.
