I’m always amused at these hypothetical situations where guys think they’ve entered into a legal and binding contract for the purchase of time only and then proceed to have full on sex because whatever happens is between consenting adults. Prosecuting attornys would chew you up and spit you out.
 
I’d like for all people who feel they’ve been cheated out of 15 minutes actually sue the escort in question, take him to court and recover their $250 “companionship” fee. Do we have any takers? I didn’t think so.
 
@MikeyGMin is correct. You can’t enter into a contract if that enterprise is defined as illegal.

It's been a long time since my college Business Law class, but I'm pretty sure that it is still impossible to have a "legal" contract for an illegal activity.
