Sunday Night
- Spunk at Pieces - same deal as Spunk at the Monster pretty much, although I don’t know if they have a poledance I can’t remember. For this one, the lapdance area is a little less well divided, if I recall, I think it was a little strange but maybe they’ve fixed it since then. It’s not as fun of a crowd there- and I think because it’s Sunday night it’s a little lower key.
- Phoenix - Adonis is now doing parties at Phoenix, it’s pretty new I think they’ve only done it the past few weeks, but so far they’ve had some pretty good models, including some of the Spunk dancers. Their private room is a shared lapdance space but it’s isolated enough that you don’t feel crowded by the other dances going on. I thought this was a pretty fun event.
- The Cock has resurrected their event on Sunday nights- I haven’t been since they restarted it so I don’t know what the format is. In the past they have had fully nude stage dancers, and it’s also a big hookup scene if that’s what you’re looking for. The dancers don’t officially give lapdances I believe, but it is a very “anything goes” atmosphere

I remember the Urge very well. It came close to being a classic hustler bar. I recall picking up a gorgeous Latino boy who was “sitting” at the side bar and taking him to the West Side Club.   We  stayed in touch for many months.

Sorry for the delayed response, I just back in to LA after visiting the NYC this weekend for party on Saturday. I was one of the lucky board posters who able to meet up with Hello and Coolwave, and after 4 years of doing Adonis on both coasts, I will never forget this night!
There were two dancers new to the Adonis universe who are Only Fans creators that came in from Vegas, Ace and Timothy. It was both of their first time doing the Nude Party and we meet up with them for dinner before the party.
Coolwave offered a challenge to Ace to see if he was able to get hard in public and then show it in all of its glory outside in the street. The party itself was wonderful, it was so great to see the new talent and some of the New York boys that I saw last time in October of 2019. The highlight was defiantly the two circle jerks that Coolwave orchestrated. I had missed the first one since I was getting a dance with another dancer that used to live in LA. I did have a front row seat to the 2nd one and it was quite impressive, we’ve never had something like this happen in the LA parties!!
After the party, Coolwave was so generous to invite me to come back to the hotel with the 2 dancers, Ace and Timothy, and the other board members. I was on the shy side so I just decided to watch all the fun take place between everyone.
Ace was wonderful to watch, he had so much energy and was so into it, talking dirty the whole time while bottoming. Timothy, who identifies as straight but does gay porn and OF scenes with Ace, was able to edge himself to get erect to top with one of the board members and release everywhere. After everyone was done, Ace and Timothy grabbed each other and made out so intensely, it was one of the hottest things I had seen in a long time.

I had hit Spunk at Pieces just before lockdown.  Had one guy who definitely took advantage of the time (told him 1 or 2 dances, and he went over whatever I told him, and I think would have kept going if I hadn't looked back a the timer), and of course wanted payment for the extra (I did, but was aggravated).  That wasn't the general experience though...all the other guys I got a private from stayed on the agreed count.  All pre-Covid though, so I'm sure the guys have turned over somewhat.  Just a reminder to peak at the clock...if it feels like you're going over, you probably are.

While both Spunk and Adonis are good and safe places to enjoy strippers, I am slightly more comfortable with Spunk since they have Ipads with timers on them that eliminates any unpleasant incidents about counting the number of songs.  Some dancers have been known to take advantage of unsuspecting patrons about counting.
Then there are occasional dancers at Adonis who can be a little prissy about getting touched. Tim gets the best talent and they are more straight than the Spunk guys. In my experience,  Spunk guys are usually very cool about that aspect. 
Lastly i tend to like the dance floor setup and the music at Spunk. And there is always this Piano bar upstairs if you need a break
When it comes to private nude parties however, there is just Adonis and it rocks. For some reason Luis does not host nude parties.
We in NYC should be grateful for such good options.

Definitely loved the Nob Hill as well as a not as nice but very hot place called Campus in San Francisco back in the day. The latter had group shows with like 30 strippers at a time, each coming out in groups of 5, undressing on stage, stroking, then going down on each other and making out with each other. Last night's Adonis AMA was very entertaining. I ended up staying for the entire 2 hours. The way Matt and Tim conduct these sessions can put even the smoothest corporate comms guys to shame.
