I tried this just now. Logged into rent.men as a premium member and could see explicit pictures. In this case, the guy had his legs spread and I could see his cock and balls. Logged out of rent.men and viewed the same guy's profile and could not see the explicit pictures I just saw while logged in. I remained logged out, viewed the guy's ad on rentmen.eu and could not see the explicit pictures. When I logged in I could see them.
Seeing or not seeing explicit pictures is dependent on whether you are a premium member, regardless of which site you log into.

That said, I have paid the price (literally) thinking that paying more means you'll get better.
That's not always the case.

The Provider is the one who advertised for clients.  I usually assume they can host; especially visiting ones.
If the Provider is unable to host, then I feel that bit of information should be part of the ad.

I understand things can happen at the last minute, but I get a little leery when I have an appointment scheduled with a provider for a time, and get a text (usually about 45 minutes or so before the time), asking can we change it to xxx time, usually 30-60 minutes later. 
I immediately get the sense he's trying to squeeze in another appointment, which irritates me. Its especially annoying when I am already on the way to the meeting.
Most recently, I've simply declined the change only to find, all of a sudden, the original time is fine.
