I'd recommend trying them all. People's experiences with one masseur vary a lot from mine. It depends on a lot of factors. 

I feel like I commented on a previous thread regarding this person. Do not waste your money or your time. While he is incredibly attractive, and the pictures are accurate, he does not have any massage skills whatsoever, and while he promises a rather interactive experience, he does not provide on said experience. Granted, what’s the term, your mileage may vary, but I would not take the chance, especially at the high rates. But that’s just me. I was incredibly disappointed. And I provided him with feedback, and his English is not strong, but it was strong enough to understand what I was saying, and he was not too pleased with my evaluation in person. While I was still polite and professional, I just would not want any of you to encounter the experience I had at such a high price point. I've been to the Acqua Spa (Constitution St) and the Blue Spa (in Olas Altas). The Acqua Spa has great facilities and masseurs, and it offers other quality services, such as body scrubs, manicure/pedicure, etc. It's not the place for extras, at least in my experience. Never got a hint of extras during my massages at the Acqua Spa, but during the vinchy shower, there's been a clue or two, but I haven't been interested (yes, that happens). The Blue Spa offers similar services but the facilities are more modest, and also has female staff. There's a place named Galini, that offers good massages and negotiable extras, and the facilities are neat, though not like the Aqcua Spa.
PVR offers many street, non-advertised massages with extras being negotiable, and of course, since there's no standard, it's something to be negotiated if you want something specific, or if you like to let things go, as they will go at the discretion of the masseur (keep in mind that prostitution is legal in Mexico). Some of those places look nice and well taken care of, some look as seedy as they look in the movies. Your choice. Most are in the Basilio Badillo street. The Blue Spa opened one massage only facility in that street, which I tried, and I guess it's there for them to cater the gay, want-extra crowd that don't cater in their Olas Altas facilities.
In the area where the largest gay hotels are, I saw two massage places with guys standing out offering massages to passers by. I tried one, and asked for an erotic massage, and there was nothing erotic about it. Again, things are negotiable so communication is key. In that area, there are one or two parlors with young men standing there, but they didn't come across (to me) as having a good attitude. I saw them rejecting or ignoring prospective customers several times, so it seems like they are there more for their own interest.
There's one near the gay clubs area that always has these muscular guys hanging out. I haven't tried that one because to me it looks like the kid of place where you'd leave running naked after being robbed of everything including your clothes. The guys look gorgeous, but they are pushy, to the point that I cross the street to avoid being approached by them.
Finally, for the best therapeutic massage (nothing sensual/sexual at all, the guy doesn't even see you naked), I found this place, Felipe's, same street than the Acqua Spa. His massage is great, the type that includes reflexology and even some elements of physical therapy. He's professional, affordable and great quality. He's also very friendly. He also teaches, so I imagine he might have trained a great deal of the masseurs in the area.
All-in-all, Puerto Vallarta really offers and entire range of massage options for pretty much every taste, need and desire. All you have to do is walk around, read the local guides and ask.

I’ve seen Ralph 3 weeks ago for the 3rd time but he asked me that if I wanted to be just like the last time with deli experience I have to add more which I agreed. So it’s massage on the table for the first 30 minutes and surprisingly he guided me to go to his bed on the bedroom for the other half hour…

Met up with him, but the massage was only therapeutic. He's definitely NOT 6'4. I'd say maybe 6'2. We didn't discuss any deli services and was able to book him on the spot. He looks better in person, imo. I really dig the pornstache, but he's rockin a full beard at the moment. 
He's located in a quiet neighborhood with accesible parking, which is always a plus in LA. The massage was great and I appreciate Ralph taking the time to ease tension across my body. The session lasted the entire hour and Ralph made me feel comfortable in his cozy home. 
I would definitely consider booking him again and possibly asking for deli services next time. 

Just saw him for incall in Culver City. This is my 2nd time. He stated he only do therapeutic for now but I reminded him of me that we did more the first time but he can’t remember me and was asking for face pic, I declined and I told him I will just surprise him, he agreed but said no more than the Things he allowed last time which is fine with me.
But Ralph surprised me because after 20 minutes of massage things has progressed to deli experience PM me for details and he said he was just horny tonight and got carried away …

Friendly smart guy. He gives a great therapeutic massage. I hired him for therapeutic only, since that's what his ad says and I think it's important to respect boundaries. I'll hire again for therapeutic, but I'd happily pay more for a more intimate experience. 

Thanks to @aeikaryoko’s recommendation above, I hired Ralph. Boy, am I glad I did. He is handsome, friendly and a good masseur. I was draped, which is unusual for me, but it became clear pretty quickly that there were possibilities beyond the draping. While YMMV, my mileage was perfect. The will he/won’t he buildup was hot. He is well-equipped and a fun time was had by all. 

Hired him. Tall, handsome, beefy build. Massage was very good. Was it top tier? No, but still very enjoyable. He was fully clothed and I was draped. We were both nekkid by the end of the session. Would I see him again? Yes!!! One caveat, he does not host. He could get a massage room and split the cost. I had him come to me.

So I decided to go ahead and take the plunge with a 4-hand massage with Paul and “straightgymhands.” He told me it was his brother, which I believe is true just based on comments here and there as well chatted. He made it clear that the “sensual” massage was basically them in their underwear and me nude, but no HE or anything. Which makes sense, as that would have been awkward between them, I’d imagine! I typically wouldn’t have gone forward, but I had a moment of weakness!
 
Anyhow, they’re obviously not professionally trained, but the massage was pretty good. I’ve been have some persistent sore spots and they both really took their time on those areas and I did leave feeling relieved of my pain. Both of them were friendly and chatty (but not overly so). It was such a chill vibe, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it tbh. I probably wouldn’t do it again as the price point was too high for this type of “sensual” massage, but I did let them know that I’d be up for reconnecting if either of them ever decides to do more active erotic massages on their own.

Thank you very much for providing overviews of your experiences, both first and second.
I had a similar 1st vs. 2nd time experience with a masseur in San Francisco. The first time he peeled out of his clothes while I was undressing, displaying a semi-woody. We then had an extra long session (his volunteered extension) combining great therapeutic strokes and stretching with intimate sensuality. I think "Great! I have found the masseur of my dreams." The second time he showed up, didn't take off any of his clothes, and proceeded to give just an OK therapeutic massage with no sensuality. This masseur also shared a little more than I needed to know in the second session, which led me to be concerned about his mental health. I would rather he just have canceled the session if he is so depressed that he is going to make me depressed.
I know that masseurs are human too, and may approach a session in different moods, or even with different needs. But as I am essentially a purchaser of services, I look for some level of consistency in the provider.

I met him again, and it was good, but not as good as the first time. I guess the novelty wore off, though the basics are still there. He didn’t upsell, and there were still some nice extras, but he did mention offering additional services if I wanted a “Deli” in the future.
I also learned more about him, and some of it turned out to be the opposite of what I had imagined. I think I peeked too far behind the curtain, and the image I had built up in my head wasn’t accurate. I might see him again, but I don’t think it will feel the same.

I decided to give him a try even though he had no reviews yet. He mentioned he had a table, which was a good sign, so I booked an outcall. He arrived a little late, but he kept me updated on his way, so no issue there.
When he showed up, WOW. I was pleasantly surprised. In person, he looks much better than his photos on the site. Friendly, great smile, positive energy, immediately put me at ease. He set up the table, music, everything very professional. And when he undressed another surprise. His body is exactly my type: a bit on the shorter side, well-defined but not overly muscled, athletic, and with a perfectly perky ass. Double wow.
The massage itself was good—solid with a few original positions and strokes that kept it interesting and sensual. Maybe not the most technically polished, but he more than made up for it with his charm. He’s an interesting guy, full of stories, sexy, and we had a really good connection. That chemistry made the whole experience very enjoyable.
In the end, he was absolutely worth the gamble, and I’d definitely see him again.
