Please trust that we are already doing our best to make our spa better. We pay attention to every positive and negative review from our customers, and we make improvements based on the feedback. However, we have our own standards for deciding whether or not to terminate an employee.
You mentioned your issue was not resolved and asked me to fire Adem. My answer is: I will not fire Adem, because many other customers appreciate and enjoy his service. Another reason is that the complaint you provided about your experience with him was vague and unclear.
If you are very dissatisfied with that particular session, we are willing to offer you a refund. If you don’t feel comfortable seeing him again, you are welcome to choose another therapist or visit a different spa.
Most of our staff here are young people in their early 20s, and it’s natural for young people to make mistakes. I hope everyone can be more understanding and patient with them. Especially during this difficult time, they truly need this job.
As you may have noticed, there have been changes in our schedule, and for those employees who have seriously crossed the line, we have taken termination measures as well.

I have tried it and made a comment already . Both Peter and Jack are very good masseurs and can be sensual, YMMV. The place is a semi basement with curtains separating about 7 massage beds . Don’t expect a lot of privacy . I am very happy they opened on the UES but I wish they had actual walls and doors .

I would love to, but as you may imagine, what is good for me may not be good for you. I am a strict bottom ( i should trademark that silly name, but i guess you know what i mean) and I have a preference for pretty but masculine faces  and lean bodies.
In my case in BCN, two are Venezuelans, and you can find them at Thermas. Both are pretty tall and lean; one of them is even a model. Isn't that crazy? I know because I follow their Instagram. I just went back to yu long spa on 242 east 77 Street. Peter moved here a few weeks ago from New Yorkers Spa. This was my second time here and I decided to start a topic specifically for this new spa. Today I was told that Peter is no longer working here . I was taken care of by Jack whom I have known for over a decade and yes he is getting older (50) but his massage skills are still excellent, unfortunately the sensual parts are not even close to what he used to offer when he was younger . The massage is still great though. There was a masseuse as well and another guy in his 30s kind of thick looking going by the name Jason . The place as I mentioned before is a semi basement of an old townhouse so don’t expect any frills. Curtains instead of walls. I was told to schedule in advance if I wanted to book with Jack for next time . The prices are average and the place seems clean enough .

I just had a 90 min massage with Phil at Batman (terrible name for a spa). For some reason he looked familiar so maybe he has worked elsewhere in the city . Phil is over 40 bold in very good shape but not really muscular . Shaved torso (and he is Chinese !). Nice guy very good energy and the massage was what I expected . A combination of deep controlled slow strokes and sensual elements . But the attention was always on the massage quality itself . That’s what I like about older mature masseurs .
