We already have a site. We discuss clients and share useful information about them such as dick size, body shape and whether they know how to suck a cock. They get a rating on various aspects of their ability as a client. 
There’s 8 scores that all add up to an overall rating. When you’ve seen a client you put his scores into the system and it calculates the client’s overall rating. That is then used to help us decide what to charge or indeed whether to respond atall to the client’s enquiry. 
The 8 scores are:
1) Desirability: 1 to 10 (where 10 is provider level desirability). Obviously on the site the scores 5 to 10 are greyed out since it’s not possible to award those. 
2) Interest: 1 to 10. This is an indication of whether the client is able to hold a conversation on anything other than his desire to get off. 
3) Communication: -10 to 10. An evaluation of his opening enquiry. ‘Hey’ gets a minus 10 score. Dick pics -11 which actually throws the system and deletes the client’s profile. The administrators are trying to fix that. Clients: don’t send dick pics if you want to keep your profile on the system.
4) Kindness: 1 to 3. The score used to go up to 10 but it never got used. 
5) Hygiene : 1 to 10. This score has a multiplier. It’s worth 2X the other scores when calculating the overall rating.
6) Ease of use: 1 to 10. Includes aspects like does he arch his back or just lie there like a sack of potatoes. (Yes I’m thinking of you- yesterday’s client…you score 1 on this).
7) Ability: 1 to 6. Not much is expected tbh. 
8). Defrayment: 1 to 10. Does he pay without haggling and how much is tipped. 
These 8 scores: or the D.I.C.K.H.E.A.D rating for short all add up over time to give us an indication of how suitable the client is to be seen. 
The system is hosted in the British Virgin Islands…so there’s no hassle with data protection. If any clients are wondering why they often get no reply from providers it could be they need to work on their Dickhead rating.

Before I became more confident, I’d always say “let’s start with massage and see where it goes based on our chemistry”.  But I was not trying to get something for less.   Plus, the first visit gives an opportunity to talk about mutual comfort levels for our next visit.  Never had a bad experience handling it that way.

This is very accurate. Many people contact via rentmen asking for massage only, sometimes they may only want a sensual massage, or they are scared about writing down what they REALLY want, which is completely understandable (although frustrating at times) A lot of clients are nervous full stop.
Then there is a particular type of client that deliberately asks for massage only prices, but then try to receive full service upon meeting.  (I always make it clear of the price structure before hand to avoid this)
I fear the OP was offended when full service was not on the menu for the massage rate. Often rentmen are happy to upscale the session to full service rate when the client is comfortable (dick is rock hard) and asks for the next level. But by asking for massage only - it does also leave room for the provider to say "no this is massage only." And in cases where hygiene is an issue, well often the clients that have these issues are oblivious to it. 
The OP has left 6 contributions to the forums so far, 3 of which have ranged between completely negative to somewhat negative- and all mention MASSAGE ("great massage but not consistent" "i was 15 min late so we went straight to bed no massage and no offer to extend time" "airbnb was small") To me these comments indicate a client who is overly critical and extremely fussy,  Like someone who posts bad yelp reviews when a restaurant makes them wait 5min for a table or doesn't refill the water quick enough. 
The only way we will know the truth is if the provider or client chooses to post a screenshot of MASSAGE ONLY discussion which i encourage either to do - [whilst redacting identifying numbers/screen names of course and staying within forum rules] 

To be fair, many escorts plan on a massage when only a massage is mentioned.   They also price accordingly at a much lower price than full service.    I still think @hawk has not been fairly treated with the accusation in this post and I’m glad someone made him aware of it.

I've never understood clients complaining about the level of hotel an escort is staying in.  Who cares if it's a Motel 6 or a luxury hotel if you're only hiring someone for an hour?  If it's the neighborhood one doesn't like, then it's on the client to know the area where he's hiring and to decline to book if the escort is in a part of town you don't want to go to or, in the alternative, provide a place to host.
All that said, obviously we're going to be left with a "he said, he said" here.  On the one hand, if a provider truly is only offering massage services then I don't understand advertising on Rent.men because that's just going to make potential clients believe more than massage is available.  On the other hand, BrandinHawk's ad, when read carefully, doesn't indicate anything explicitly sexual (oral or anal) other than rimming so despite an indication that he offers a "boyfriend experience" it's up to the client to ask what's actually being offered.  Only BrandinHawk and Jordoncrag know what was discussed in advance, so we don't know whether the OP confirmed what he wanted was available or whether he simply didn't ask.  
 

Comparing a massage only session to an anoscopy — a medical procedure. OMG. I’ve never had a massage from an RM provider and would never do it after reading this thread. 

Ever had an anoscopy? How much do you respect your doctor, or yourself? If the expected massage is sensual, I would think it common sense to be as clean as possible. so how much washing is required? fully soaped up ALL areas of body, including under arms, under balls, inside ass crack, around or even a little inside your hole, fully cover your cock and pull back foreskin if you have one, rinse all water off. Repeat if you can. then fully dry off. ideally brush teeth or at least gargle some mouthwash to freshen up if you are wanting kissing. You should wash yourself with vigor and be overly thorough. Just because the client showered, does not mean he has done so properly.  Not everyone has the awareness of hygiene, and it is really awkward and difficult to tell someone without offending. 
True Story - I offered a gentleman to have a shower when he arrived dripping with sweat and B.O and he said "i showered this morning." I agree.  I just met him tonight and it was just meh.  The massage was mediocre at best with no technique.  The full service portion was decent but nothing noteworthy.  He's a nice enough guy but he does have that odd Eastern European/Russian personality thats difficult to deal with.  At the price he's asking I probably wouldn't repeat.
