That may be used as some "code" for conservatives to turn their nose up at non-traditional relationships ...but I was the one who used the term and I am far from conventional. My history of adult relationships was as open minded and unconventional as you might get. So it was hardly stated with any bigotry. I am making a point that is hard for many homosexuals to swallow ( pun intended)...that many of us DO indeed choose our pathway in lifestyle when we aren't so solidly predisposed in our sexual attractions to one gender or another. "Born this way" works for some homosexuals but not everyone on the LGBT spectrum .

Even with your explanation, I still don't understand how four concurrent inquiries are implicitly selfish. If you booked four and cancelled three....then yes. Of course that's selfish....but not inquiries....that just shopping around, which everyone does.

I am not. It's a fact that many people are innately bisexual in nature. To commit oneself to a relationship you must pick one gender or the other as a life partner. It's shocking the number of gay men who refuse to accept this fact...even though it's publically displayed for them in Hollywood with actresses and actors going back and forth between men and women in their relationships..and happy to report these lifestyle decisions to the press .

That, my friend is a completely bizarre accusation. By stating the very real fact that humans are by nature; bisexual, does nothing to "belittle" those who choose a homosexual lifestyle.

Number 2 ...you very clearly stated your doubt that my marriage was any proof of my sexuality. Thus proving my point that gay men have a problem believing in bisexuality and it's existence. Which is my point in the origin of this whole conversation. People are generally bisexual by nature. Social pressures prevent that nature. In the future a reduction of the guilt of sexual fluidity may make everyone more bisexual ...but the gays will always lay doubt and claim they are all closet cases waiting for the right moment to come out. Making everyone actually "gay" not bisexual.

Yes...a bit of a joke ...but also speaks to the reality of what happens today when you engage in same-sex activity. I am pretty open about my sexuality and yet the gays insist because I like sex with men.. I MUST be a homosexual. The fact that I am married is to them a matter of me being "in denial " and that I will eventually come to my senses and dump my wife and go marry a dude. Gay men ( and women ) always seem to want to take ownership of anyone who blurs the lines a bit. Thus....everyone who jerks off their roommate in the future will be listed as "gay".

No one has any strong proof of the biology theories...but the sociological explanations are fairly simple to understand and logical. Following many examples of similar circumstances and results throughout many cultures.
