  1. The only reason Escorts are able to extort money out of people is the sense that you won't go to the police and admit that you hired an escort in the first place. This is why I always suggest that on a first meet. Ask for a massage. Massage work is perfectly legal, and priced more cheaply. If you like the guy after a simple massage session and you know they also escort, then you have a relationship already established and any sexual connections in your future are a matter of two consenting adults agreeing to meet for some fun. Don't let this event freak you out about trying again. Just change your strategies and never have them meet in your apartment or hotel room. Always meet outside to confirm that it's the same person you were engaging online. Good luck.
  2. I've been to 3F studios many time and MMX studios above. Both businesses do a lot to support young men in the industry with a safe / clean space to practice at a reasonable cost. 3F studio is destroyed MMX is seriously damaged. I have donated to both in their recovery efforts. There are many providers who use the space.
  3. MMX sent me an email claiming the fire was caused by the dryer down at 3F studios. Not an electrical fire as previously assumed. I've seen this before. One of my client's entire house burnt down because they didn't clean their lint trap. A maintenance issue that no one ever takes seriously. I hope Aaron is able to rebuild. Bumping up his gofundme page for anyone feeling like supporting Aaron's role in helping the young men in the massage community.
  4. My doctor recommends condoms and being selective about one's sexual activity. Saying, the long term liver damage and bone deterioration of Truvada is not worth the ability to go raw-dog with a hot bottom boy. I do understand that Descovy supposedly has a better reputation about deteriorating your insides after long term usage. So if you are afraid of condoms or have that weird latex allergy, then Descovy seems to be the way to go.
  5. Back to the subject at hand ...I think @José Soplanucashas brought up an interesting point about desire. He is insisting that if a trans has the desire to be a woman everyone should play along and pretend that dude is a woman. So likewise if a client wants to believe his provider is "straight" and the provider presents himself as masculine,,, then he's straight ! Doesn't matter that he's fucking dudes up the ass. Just believe. 😉
  6. Being a realist doesn't make one a trans-phobe. The Journal of Critical Realism would support my position. https://doi.org/10.1080/14767430.2018.1493884 An acrimonious debate has emerged about transgenderism. Trans-activists defending the full spectrum of the latter have advocated a form of identity politics based upon individual self-definition. However, gender-critical feminists (within another current of identity politics) have disputed the legitimacy of these bids for self-determination, especially when considering men who are claiming to be women. These contrasting positions are examined and their political implications explored. The focus of the paper is on the intransitive aspects of sex and the transitive aspects of gender. The former, with rare exceptions, is a binary whereas the latter is open to social negotiation and variation. The article argues that the gender-critical position is broadly aligned with critical realist philosophy, though the counter view is represented in order to clarify this point of reflection. It ends with a discussion of the ‘trans debate’ and the public policy development emerging in its wake.
  7. I would imagine that for most everyone the first time isn't going to be on script. Navigating any human interaction takes experience and there's always unexpected events. You either take the session as your provider wishes, or you spell out a "blow by blow". After a few meets you will find someone who checks all the boxes. This sounds like a good start, even if it wasn't perfection. Better luck next time !
  8. In fact, some "undetectable" gay men are sloppy about taking their HIV therapy medication and this creates a "viral rebound" effect. The HIV infection becomes active and infectious again within a few weeks of forgetting to take their meds. Science article attached below. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7046528/
  9. No one has their own truth. Facts are facts. You may be a dude who wants to live like a woman, and I have no problem with that fact. I do have a problem with people creating a false reality and expecting me to play along. Feeling like a woman doesn't make you a woman.
  10. Let's see how many immediately deny the science - Although much research has commonly used heterosexual samples, both lab and field studies on romantic partner preferences amongst gay men, consistently highlight a commonplace desire for masculine over feminine traits in potential partners. (Bailey et al., 1997; Clarkson, 2006; Laner & Kamel, 1977; Sanchez & Vilain, 2012; Tayawaditep, 2002). Sanchez and Vilain (2012)
  11. Everyone is so elegant. I always love watching these clips and seeing how charming Hollywood used to be.
  12. Wasn't that a Red Hot Chili Peppers song too ?
  13. I hope it wasn't unlicensed electrical work being done. Because that could be a very unfortunate outcome with the insurance
  14. I think that goes without saying.
  15. Same for me. Central PA. Lots of rednecks that would beat the shit out of you for being gay. Nonetheless the musical theater crowd all turned out to be gay. ( No surprises ). The only shockers were the number of bisexual guys. Most of us married and had kids, but like to fool around. The majority of these guys WERE the jocks, who you wouldn't normally think of as dick-suckers. I am unaware of anyone in my high school, who is in a homosexual relationship today, who I was shocked to discover this. ( and yes I am very close to many of my childhood friends and we are in constant touch through social media....so I do know most people's business through the grapevine ). We did have a surprisingly large gay population for such a conservative community. None of us really quite understand why that was. (Distant parents maybe.) But we did go way beyond the usual 10% model. Anyway...as I stated before the ONLY guys who I found attractive were the sporty, masculine guys. Purportedly "straight". That's still what I like and fortunately I've now discovered that bisexuality makes some of those guys available. Something I was unaware of in High School. Foolishly I somehow believed I was "broken" and I was the only one.
  16. No one is faulting the pharma company for that. I am merely pointing out that the representation of 99% efficacy is often touted out of context to the results in the general community. It's also exaggerated because every independent study comes up with different numbers ranging from 95% to 97% but not 99%. Either way it's an efficient drug but should not be relied on solely. Condoms should still be part of your safer sex model, especially if you're very sexually active with multiple partners.
  17. As is often quoted and is true: All stereotypes are based in some truth. Does everyone from any group NEED to follow the stereotype ? NO. But do stereotypes come from commonality within the group ? YES
  18. Don was an extremely pretty young man. I'm sure everyone in Hollywood was trying to ride that horse.
  19. What "self loathing " ? People are attracted to who they are attracted to. You can't apply modern social justice theory to sexual attraction. Sexual attraction doesn't spend time thinking about what's "fair" or equal. https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11199-022-01332-y
  20. When I was in High School, ( 1980s) nobody talked about being gay. But everyone knew who was gay. It's not that difficult. What you couldn't pick out were the bisexuals.
  21. Very sad. I was just commenting yesterday about what a great space this was for young providers who can't host at home. I hope they are able to rebuild and restore the business. I have donated to their GoFundMe page. I hope others are able to be charitable as well. https://gofund.me/505fdc0b
  22. What's wrong with Macy's ?
  23. In fact the majority of gay men do NOT keep up with their HIV medications 100% of the time. The research paper I attached, shows that 100% dosage adherence is uncommon in the gay community. The statistic about Truvada being 99% effective is a distortion by Gilead to give a false sense of security in taking their medication. Efficacy in the general population is FAR lower, because the majority do NOT take their meds 100% of the time. Even with 100% dosage, the statistics still don't add up to 99% efficacy. Independent studies show a range from 95% to 97%. Unfortunately Gilead is a multi-billion dollar corporation and they do a lot to suppress independent study reports and when you request data on Google, the first few pages are Pharmaceutical sponsored with glowing reviews. It's only when you dig a little further down, that you find the actual data from independent research laboratories that paint a different picture of the risk involved.
  24. I came across this article that I had saved. Obviously I don't save everything I read. HIV combination prevention strategies consisting of condom use, access to HIV preexposure prophylaxis (PrEP), postexposure prophylaxis and treatment-as-prevention with antiretroviral treatment (ART), contributed to the fall in new HIV diagnoses in men having sex with men (MSM) reported globally [1–3]. Oral PrEP as tenofovir disoproxil-fumarate (TDF)/emtricitabine (FTC) has been approved for a daily or ‘event-based’ dosing (EBD) around the time of a potential exposure to HIV. Its effectiveness in preventing HIV has been attested at 86% in trials [4,5] and as high as 95% when adherence is optimal Shover CL, Shoptaw S, Javanbakht M, Lee SJ, Bolan R, Cunningham N, et al. Mind the gaps: Prescription Coverage and HIV incidence among patients receiving PreP. AIDS Behav 2019; 23:2730–2740.
