  1. Except, with the right amount of cash, you don't need to shop in the scratch n' dent pile. You can order-in first quality service.
  2. Absolutely. But if you're older and out of shape, youre gonna get rejected by young, hot guys at the better parties. So "Workman's Lunch" provides rhe bottom feeders with more opportunity.
  3. I live across the street from the building where the characters in "Friends" supposedly lived. The pile of flowers and memorials to "Chandler" are bordering on the bizarre. So many people feel this strange connection to the show, to the odd degree that they went out and bought flowers for a person that doesn't exist played by an actor they never knew and left at a location neither, character, nor actor ever lived. Sad for someone who wanted to be more.
  4. Willful ignorance of the perjorative street-slang use of "Queer" doesn't make it different from what we all know about how it's used. Same way "gay" is often used by millennials to mean "fucked-up". You're not going to find that street-slang in Webster's. Doesn't make it not exist as a commonly used and broadly understood use of the word. Calling someone "Queer".has always meant they are a freak. Just because some marginalized gays decided to "adopt it" doesn't make it mean something different to people who sling it around as an insult. How sad to allow an insult to define you.
  5. "Queer" means freak. It always has. It always will. You want to be identified as a freak...go ahead. But don't drag me into your mess. It's 2023 and a big chunk of the planet gets that sexuality is fluid. So homo+bi-sexuality is no longer "weird". It's perfectly normal.
  6. Not familiar. I would have noticed this one. Beautiful guy. ( Whoever that is ).
  7. I can read a menu and order food in seven languages. 😉 A command of 16 languages at the age of 27 is pretty unlikely.
  8. People are allowed their opinion. Under no circumstances should anyone be silenced for having a difference of opinion. Both sides are quite confident they are right....so who gets to decide what's removed? People have different perspectives and quite honestly Jarrod, this conversation is most frequently against YOUR side. So I am speaking in your defense. Even though I disagree with most of your viewpoints on the subject. I will always defend your right to share it. Were this to be "moderated" based on majority opinion, YOU would be the one silenced.
  9. It's sad after so many years of bigotry to start calling gay people "strange" or "weird' now that we've demonstrated its perfectly normal. If you want to call a hairy dude in a pair of heels and a frock, queer...then I could get on board. That's always gonna be weird. But there are plenty of gay and bisexual peope who lead perfectly normal lives. So why refer to them under an umbrella of weirdness ?
  10. The photo request is a red flag. Regardless of the deposit issue you were right to disengage when he asked for a photo. He shouldn’t need a photo. I don't agree at all. Too many of you feel that an escort should be able to perform now matter how hideously grotesque the customer may be. That's just a ridiculous expectation. Most aren't looking for a hot date but they do have a right to reject the most repulsive or refuse certain types of sexual favors to men who are so ridiculously out-of-shape they can't find their ass or dick.
  11. Nobody ever says "they had it coming about rape. But plenty of people don't define Monday morning regrets as "rape".
  12. Although I didn't always agree with @unicorn I am saddened to hear he was feeling unwelcome. Some people have a tough time dealing with opposing viewpoints and prefer the safety of an echo chamber. I understand that's why several members moved their profiles over to the "the other site". I will miss @unicorns professional medical viewpoint/contributions to the site 😥
  13. Correct. But who suggested they didn't? The presumption about Canada's public health system is that you simply need to wait for extended periods for surgical procedures and you don't have access to the best. Not that you can't pay for it once you get it. I assume all those who cross the border for premium care, do so with a fat wallet in their pocket.
  14. Likely true. But my comment is about the direction of the country as a whole, not just about health care. The rush to absorb refugees is overtaxing an already struggling system of public entitlement programs. Public Health-care is a part of that. They have a bit of old-school family dynasty connections to local government and their concern is in reaction to whispers from within the system, not the news media's version of "offical" truth.
  15. Exactly. CHOICE is not rape. "Coercion" is still choice. Nobody had a gun to their head and there are very few allegations of drugging anyone.
  16. Then I don't know why you brought it up. They obviously aren't. I am talking about young men knowing what they are getting into and making a decision about going forward or not. Blackmailing someone or drunk/drug raping someone are different topics. The A&F issue is primarily Monday morning regret, not rape.
  17. My friends in Canada have money. While most Canadians do not. So yes...it's a viewpoint from a particular segment of society that your friends may not share.
  18. Allegations aren't the same as facts. You jump to assume that this actually happened.
  19. Personally I am very much disgusted with this me-too garbage, being applied to every bit of "next morning regret". You willingly put yourself in the position to exchange sexual favors for career opportunity and cash, you have NOT been "raped". You may regret your decision years later but this was YOUR DECISION.
  20. We all have people who we desire and some who we have a chance to meet. But this kind of obsession is unhealthy when that object of desire makes it clear they are not interested and you can't let go of the fact your opportunity has passed. Mourn the loss and move on with your life before the disappointment consumes more of your time than it's worth.
  21. You are definitely insane if you're not reading his silence at this point and continuing to contact him. Let it go.
  22. Another example of why your mother always told you to CHEW your food.
  23. If people cluster into groups then the group gets tagged. If you maintain your individuality, you're simply called by your name. The choice is yours.
  24. New York's subway is pay-one-price. It's not priced by district and distance the way many systems are in Europe. Just use your phone pay app on entry and you can travel anywhere on the system with that payment. There are various free transfers from bus to subway or subway to bus, as well.
  25. Absolutely. I advise all my younger friends and family to avoid the labels. You be you.
