Assuming that it’s as wonderful a session as 90% of them are, I will at least give double the spa rate in total, if not more. 90 minutes, $200-225. When you consider the spa takes a cut, they’re still getting less than their RM equivalents. 
Plus if you’re generous, they remember it the next time too!
If it’s just a decent massage but nothing that memorable, like at most other spas, then because their rate is so low I’ll still give $50 at least in tip. If the rate were higher, I’d probably give 20%.

Call me crazy, but eight “lols” in one post is probably seven too many. Makes it hard to take “seriously” (lol). 

In my experience the masseur/ therapist collects the amount at the front desk when you leave.  Include the fee together with generous tip.🥰
Avoid wondering over towards the bowl of candy by the exit if you don't want to create any alarm you may be trying to skate without paying.   😅

Honestly, even if they were my dream date, paying that much would ruin it for me. My expectations would be raised, I'd think they were too arrogant to charge that much, and I'd be too critical of everything that wasn't ideal. YMMV, but I could never enjoy an experience if I felt I was overpaying from the start.

I don’t haggle.  I simply say thanks I think I would’ve enjoyed meeting you, but unfortunately you’re over my budget.  I’d say 50% of the time I get a response where they offered to lower their rate..  you can never prejudge their willingness to drop their rate.  Maybe they just had a cancellation or been having a slow few days.  I have to say that whenever this does happen, I don’t feel like I’m being given incomplete service.

I can’t comment on the rate because I work in a different market. I’d recommend avoiding trying to negotiate the rate. I don’t like clients trying to negotiate me down tbh. 
As for filming I’m ok with clients asking to film a small part of their session but I’m not ok to film the whole session because it’s too much of a distraction. You could ask him and see. It wouldn’t offend.

If this is your first time and an occasional treat you may want to offer his full rate to have one less thing on your mind. sometimes you can say you’re preferred rate once and see if they are open to it but a well known OF performer may not have much reason to accept less than what he can command. 
 
Reviews or notes on here are very useful and make a big difference. You may want to see if this post finds some men who know your guy.

RM ads include a line to list “Rentmen Services,” which has video availability as an option. Riley’s ad does not include it. Still, you could ask.

I think $550 is high for any market and your hunch of $400 is a more realistic upper limit. Although there’s some debate on the forum about haggling the overall sentiment is that it shouldn’t be done and many providers find it insulting. If he represents your ultimate fantasy, you probably don’t want to sully it by having him feel that he’s compromising. Many providers are fine with videoing. Final red flag (at least for me) is lack of reviews. Some of these guys aren’t real. If it seems TGTBT, it probably is. 

$550 an hour for a successful OF creator isn't unusual; that's why I don't even look at them.  But it's a lot of money for your first time. 
I would not ask for a discount. That's his rate, and if his OF is successful, he can be choosy. 
I might wait for reviews if no one here has experience. There are lots of negative stories about people hiring OF creators. 
Some providers are open to filming but since his income is OF, he may not want free videos out there.

If you are looking for solid deep tissue kneading, his is not quality: C- at best. Made a mistake of hiring him for 90 mins as he could only manage swedish kneading at the time. Also highly doubt that he's a ymmv provider: both of those factored in, I'd save my time and money for another masseur if I were you.
