  1. Excuse my ignorance. Could someone explain 2-1-1? Can i take prep just when i have unprotected sex? Do i have to take prep far in advance and after unprotected sex? Is there any over the counter prep? What about pep? Any over the counter pep? When do you take pep?

I lived through the aids crisis and generally avoided intercourse, but now with these pills to protect against hiv, would like to have intercourse. Thx

I also only learned about it last week. I think it is a great option for those who are not sexually active. And with this option available, there is really no reason to become HIV+.

As Frank says above, 2-1-1 begins with a double dose 2-24 hrs. before sex, and is followed by a single dose the next 2 days. It would be prudent to follow that protocol for all sexual encounters, not only "unprotected," but that's up to you. If you a very active with different partners, the daily dose of Truvada or Descovy probably makes more sense.

All PrEP therapies are based on those 2 prescription drugs. I'm sure there are sketchy operators out there in internetland willing to take your money to bypass the physician-pharmacist route, but IMHO doing that is not very wise.

A reminder that for most people with commercial insurance, PrEP is free or low cost with the manufacturer's copay programs, available for both drugs

    https://www.descovy.com/treatment/co-pay-assistance

Many states and most big cities have programs to provide PrEP at little or no cost to those without commercial insurance.

If you feel unable to ask your regular physician for a prescription, or you don't have a regular physician, I would check out local HIV services or STD clinics, you can almost certainly find a physician who will manage PrEP therapy without judgement at or through such facilities.

I am trying to get mine from Nurx. Do you or anyone here have experience getting it from this vendor? Is it legit?

That said, it's a regime that splits many infectious disease docs: Some will recommend it, some won't. YMMV.

There's not an end-all-be-all stance on it.

Personally, Descovy for PrEP has almost zero side effects, so taking it on the daily isn't something I'd be all that concerned about. Eventually, there will be something new- and better- along to take its place (likely a longer-term injection from what's being said).

Thank you. So according to this article, it is Truvada that's approved for this 2-1-1 regimen. Somehow I thought descovy was. I only have about 1 sexual encounter a year on average, so I don't think I want to take a pill every day, even if it has minimal side effect. But I hope descovy can be used for 2-1-1, if it has less side effect.

  4. I learned about PrEP a couple of years ago, but didn't want to take it everyday so I never made efforts to get it. I'm not sexually active at all, like only 1 encounter a year on average, therefore, it doesn't make much sense for me to take it on a daily basis.

I recently learned about the PrEP 2-1-1 regimen, which suits my need really well since I can take it only when I need it. Therefore, I definitely want it for my next encounter. However, I'm not clear what medication can be used for this 2-1-1 regimen. Is it Truvada? Or is it descovy?

Due to this horrible pandemic, I don't feel comfortable visiting any clinic, so I'm trying to learn a little from here.

Online search for PrEP 2-1-1 brings up a number of websites, but they don't say what medicine is used for this purpose. If you find better website, please paste the link here.

Is anyone here on the PrEP 2-1-1 regimen? Care to educate newbie a bit? Thank you very much!

  5. yes; it was, uh, ok ...he does have an incredible body and endowment … but my take on our date was that he thinks he's going to be with equally attractive people, or he's not going to put much effort into it … stilted conversation, lackluster performance … we all have off days, but I think i'm not up for a second round

Was he the guy advertised in the pix?

  6. You can taste the bad breath that comes from having unhealthy gums - I call it "gingivitis breath," and it is indeed repellant. It's pretty easy to fix - floss every day and gargle with listerine.

Since I want to stay away from the dentist's office for now, I've gotten fanatic about dental hygiene - floss 2x daily, irrigate with warm salt water from a water-pic once daily, brush twice daily, listerine twice daily.

Flossing is great to get rid of food chunks. But when I floss, my gum tends to bleed a little. Maybe I should not floss 24 hours before action?

  7. I like Listerine pocket packs for freshening of the breath, although you will find some providers hate a minty breath. Beano is great for "fart prevention".

I've had a provider use having deliberately terrible breath - all these years later the smell will never leave my mind - as a method for me to never re-hire. It worked!

Yeah bad breath isn't enjoyable and I am always cautious about mine. I rinse my mouth regularly using mouth wash.

So, taking gas relief pills will help reducing fart. I didn't think of that.

  8. I searched this forum for bad breath and fart, but didn't find what I am looking for. I see some people have fart fetish and wanted to be farted on. So I respect that.

Believe it or not, almost everybody has some flavor of bad breath, some stronger some barely noticeable. I don't like bad breath. So, I don't usually kiss. If I sleep next to a provider, how do I minimize bad breath besides good oral hygiene? Any food to avoid?

Also, everybody farts, and I think it is unpleasant / embarrassing to have my provider suffer the smell. Any way to minimize it? Any food to avoid?

  9. He'll have to trust you for him to book the trip without getting money upfront from you.. How will you stablish that trust?

You can always send money in an envelope but you'll need a name and an address. Besides if you text him there will be a digital trail unless you use a prepaid phone bought with cash. Will you wear sunglasses not to get caught by a security camera? ?

Who? A friend who knows your name but won't tell you his name?

Why so much secrecy? Pardon me but you don't sounds like a

I met him before, so I hope that some level of trust is possible. No guarantee. I'll have to see how it goes.

  10. Sorry to tell you, but your posting here is a digital trail. Unless you're incredibly savvy, almost everyone leaves a electronic footprint.

It's a lot like when idealistic folks say they want to 'live off the grid.' That's nearly impossible these days.

I did in in my reply.

Yeah man, very true. As long as we use the internet for anything, there is a digital trail. We can only minimize it. I did see from HGTV that some tiny house owners live off the grid in the woods.

  11. You get his real name and his real birthdate and you book...or move on.

Use a travel agent? Only the agent knows both of your names. An air gap kind of?

Gift cards work if you know the escort I know some airlines they can be anonymously emailed....if you trust the escort. First time travel visit, no way I’m sending a Southwest Airline or other airline gift card anonymous.

I also think that booking via a trusted proxy can be a solution, so only the proxy knows our identity. But still not the best because I don't like to leave digital fingerprint online.

  12. A travel agent, sure: It can be a little clunky and involves a few more hoops to jump through.

Or, you can just trust the escort to book his own ticket, screenshot the total and then Venmo him the airfare.

Bottom line, trust is key in setting up longer-term appointments, especially if they turn into REPEAT longer-term appointments.

I also prefer that he books his ticket, fly in and I'll give him cash. I don't want to leave any digital fingerprint online. But of course this requires that he trusts me. I wonder if any provider can share his experiences here so we all can learn how this is arranged.

  13. I am considering flying in a provider for fun, but if I book the flight for him, I have to know his real name, which is not a good idea for him, nor for me. I'd prefer that both sides remain anonymous. So as a provider, how was your flight booked? I am not in a good position to talk about it with the provider yet due to the pandemic, just want to learn beforehand.

  14. “Hi (name)! I’ve been admiring you on Rentmen and I’m hoping we can get together tomorrow. I’m a xx year-old guy, 5 foot 9 and 160 pounds, who likes BFE experiences with versatile guys. It may seem strange, but for some reason polished fingernails turn me off. If we can get together, might you consider natural nails for me? Please let me know your rates for one and two hours. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

Nice, I will credit you in my message to him. LOL.

  15. @Rudynate is correct. Be clear with your potential overnight so you can both manage your expectations.

I have two regulars with whom I’ve done several overnights in my home. We have a great time and allow for adequate sleep. With that said, I’d be lying if I said nothing ever happens in the middle of the night. Nothing like waking up with a hard-on pressing against your ass. Carpe penis!

I don’t think any potential companion will have an issue with some middle of the night fun, but again, ask up front. It shows respect for them and that you want the experience to be mutually pleasurable.

That sounds reasonable. Just don't want my guy to feel annoyed.

  16. Some context please! Are we talking clear nail polish or was it a color that you don’t like?

Some things an escort can do without much fuss “don’t shave I like one-day scruff”. The provider may have to spend time and expense to remove the polish and restore it after the meet - are you willing to compensate him accordingly?

I don't like a dude to have a polished fingernails even if it is clear. How do I politely ask if you are a provider?
